That´s the reason why the coffe is so empty

Customers can order whatever weird combinations of food they want, as long as it's on the menu - who cares. I've served vegetable soup together with ice cream, or dumplings to be consumed together with a latte. Did I care? No. A server would never ask a client if they are crazy. And if they would - they would probably lose their job.

I'd agree but the fact that the waitress knows their names suggests they all know each other and maybe are even friends - so a little joking around is acceptable? You can explain that to your students. I'd say the video is useful regardless in that the language is clear and slow enough for beginner students to comprehend. I've used it without any problems. But that's just me :v
