Man you got me wishing I would've had my act together as a kid and would've had access to these videos or someone to teach me these things. It's fascinating learning about the sport I love in this much depth. It's fun applying it to Madden.

This video is fantastic!! and helpful, but we thirst for some follow up on all the sets. For example, in your 2X2 set the X & Z on the same side is "slot", but what about if the H and Y are together on the other side? What is your term for them?... Or if it's a 3X1 of any other combo? or if it's an "open set" on both or just one side with Y? I know we're all excited to learn more from you about this. Thanks.

Finally understand what a pro formation is. Grew up playing in a slot I offense so we never used the term pro

hey bro, jus found this video because of Madden lol. its an awesome explanation. tbh ive always loved football, even growing up but ive never really knew what it all really meant. i knew the qb was the one threw the ball or kept it. the running back was the one that would be small, fast and strong. and stood next to or behind the qb and that there was a defense to keep you from getting the td lol so thank you for this vid. its a great teaching of all the calls and positions.. and for a side note. loved you when you were in the D, you should come get a coaching job here in det. we need more Vets in the locker rooms talking to the boys and helping them grow. lets go #27!
