Precise, concise and thorough. I am still learning the various nuances of our XT5; I did not know how to program the tail gate lift to desired height. I am tall so the max height is fine, but my wife is more than a foot shorter and perfect, for her, is a lot less height and it ends up being a quicker opening. THANK YOU!

Is there any way to adjust the gas and brake pedal on the 2020 Cadillac xt5

You didn’t show how the back seat slide back & forth & recline.

9:20 not sure what I’m doing wrong but my 2021 xt5 won’t allow me to manually press 1 for my seat controls. It always hinges on the fob being there.

It's unfortunate that the driver seat does not have the thigh extender like the SRX and many of the European luxury vehicles

I have a question. I have a 2020 XT5 and would like to know how to set it up so the horn will chirp when I get out of the car and close the door with the engine running.

Wow! Thanks for this amazing detailed review. It show's that you know your GM products. I was recently in a GM dealership, as I was reviewing with the sales person different equipment, we came to the Memory Functions. She said something that puzzled me, I wonder if you could clarify. Aldo I'm the only one using the vehicle, I would use Memory Functions to adjust my positions, from city driving to highway driving as I'm cruising along, the lady said that it wouldn't work! According to her, #2 button is programmed on the second key, and would only work with it. So, she said, I would need to stop the car, get out, use the second key to re-enter the car, and that is how the second setting would come along!! She specified back with an e-mail the day after, that after verification, you can not simply press button 1 or 2 while driving to set your desired position!! Is that true? Thanks Brian

Give this a try. Program button 2 to your highway position. When you want to move to that position you will have to press and hold the #2 until the move is complete. I have not tried this at highway speeds, but can confirm it works in park. After programing, pressing and holding the 1 or 2 is key to getting the seat to move. Let me know how you make out.

Rain sensing wipers? Also does this have adaptive cruise control?

Raun sense is standard in the sport ans premium package. Adaptive Cruise is an available option. Included in the y66 package

Does it have adjustable gas/brake pedals??

it should be better layer out but the wheel on the right hand side of the steering wheel clicks down as the check mark feature.

They aren’t “parking” sensors- they’re collision.
