I think low% also skips checkpoints if possible

@@user-hd2xe1ds1nIt seems you dont know what 100% a game means, you could beat the game but also not 100% it. To 100% a game need to beat the game, get every achievement, collect every item, beat every enemy, and so on.
Leap year but year doesn't exist at all.
