@@livinginaustinwithmicahjosey We got Moonies, but our location is absolutely disgusting. So ashamed, so upset by the difference in quality from here and on Anderson Mill
I bought my house in 2019 perfectly timed. I can see the northline project from my balcony. Can't wait to see how all this transpires. Also, new townhouse 4 plex is apartments are about to be completed in the Oak Creek neighborhood opposite the northline metro station. Great 👍 video

@@livinginaustinwithmicahjosey right! Even a new home buyer will have room for equity growth because of the northline project (assuming northline becomes what they promise it will become). So new builders today also have an opportunity for commercial projects to reflect in built equity because there's a lot waiting to be finished and built (like the lagoon for example) It's a win win market in Leander. Just homes are a little too pricy right now.

@@Justin109MWC Yes, for sure! The commercial development is going to be huge for Leander. Right now buyers have the trade off of a lot of incentives- closing cost concessions from sellers or new builds and even some builders offering rate buy downs. Those can be a gamechanger for buyers without a ton of cash!
