Lean is making it more simple so there is no room for waste. This is an excellent video shows how they simplified the complexity.

A wonderful end to end look at Lean and Build for Manufacturability. It was funny for me to see the forklift moving in the background which is a Lean waste. However, you cannot remove all waste.

If your moving heavy items across a factory floor, its faster then a overhead crane.

@@ag-bk5wf Guiding a crane has components of navigation, guidance, and control. If guidance has a path and can accelerate fast the overall time may be faster or not. It might be worth it to do a simulation.

Hi, I have a GA90 VSD compressor which has a faulty inversor, I've bought a new one, but it won't get recognized by the compressor, I don't know the communication settings to make it work by RS485. Is there any way to get these settings ?

Easier to get repetitive stress injuries. Because the person at the end of the line has to physically pick up the whole darned work piece. Too bad some items (like seats) can't be picked up by a robot without ripping the fabric.

Safety First emblazoned on the back of everyone's shirts, yet many people, including the narrator is in the factory without safety glasses. Consider this to be a continuous improvement idea.
