I've visited Jack and the team at JJB.. I'm so grateful that they allowed me to see what they're doing. It's an absolutely fantastic place. It's not just the lean innovation that they come up with but it's their amazing attitude towards it. What a world we could live in if only more people adopted lean as they do.

Ryan you are top class, you are the next Paul Akers. I love your passion for lean and paying it forward. I've followed Jack's progress for years now and thanks to his relentless postingv of daily improvements you can see exactly how he had become world class. Thank you both.

LOVE IT. Great culture and management, so many companies are short sighted and use the implementation of robots to remove people. When they are meant to be muda bots. Engagement and development are always key to a happy and productive workforce

'Use your brain and not your wallet' _ and then you buy Kuka Robots for 200.000 USD .. I dont get what is supposed to be lean with that? Its a good shop. But Lean?

The robot cost less than 10k, we used in house self taught skills to, create the work cell, manufacture and program the whole system 😉🙂

Human welders can be a prickly bunch to work with and they aren’t cheap either. These robots seem to do a good job on these light duty products.
