As an older person in my 50's I have friends my age that say to me, "if I was young again and I new what I know now how much better I would be". And I say to that, No. It doesn't work that way. You wouldn't be the person you are today if you didn't go through life making mistakes, making good decision, bad decisions, immaturity, being afraid. These are all the things that mold us and make you who you are today. And I will continue to make good and bad decision in my 50's to the day I die. Being a little worried is not always a bad thing. It guides us, pushes us. It can bring the best out of you or the worst out of you. Do the best you can. Be good to yourself so you can be good to others and to the world. When you are good to the world the world will be good to you.

@@Glenners I wouldn’t say he talks over them. You have to understand half the people he meets don’t know him. In order for people to open up I feel like if he does they will too. So if he shows vulnerability hopefully they will too. In her case, I wouldn’t say she’s very open and that’s ok.

Hearing him call himself a p*ssy with his anxiety was nice to hear. Not because I want that for him, it sucks, but growing up as the tiniest kid, who was always smaller than the smallest girl in every class my whole life, bullied by every jock or gym bro, I grew up.not only crippled by anxiety, but I had a lot of stereotypes toward gym guys, which, my adulthood since getting into the gym, I realize is definitely not the standard. I meet some of the coolest, chiller, and most informative people working out. It's just nice hearing guys that, in my own insecurities, I always viewed as being guys were above my mental health issues, almost on a pedestal. As for Leanbeefpatty, I only recently discovered her but I'm a big fan. I admit that is was originally mainly just my male brain being attracted to her, but her personality is adorable and sweet. Then you see the content, and she has great workout videos, but then talking about mental health and everything, she's just really top notch. I also love seeing her collaborate with other influencers. I think she would be a great influence for, well people in general, but especially young girls.

A lot of us have crippling anxiety. I've been dealing with it myself and I recently started dating again. It makes every date so god damn difficult for me. Most people don't notice it because you get good at hiding it or excuse yourself to a restroom to put cold water on your face.

I agree with the never part of meeting girls at the gym. I'm there for me, it's my sanctuary. Many people feel this way and there are a ton of creeps who are inappropriate. I have never had a problem getting girls normally without harassing girls at the gym.

The body dysmorphia never ends. I got jacked to give myself curves and then started to feel masculine and didn’t get the IG booty band girl body so I bought boobs and butt implants. I didn’t realize I’m a mesomorph and going to be lean and jacked forever. I don’t feel like my implants are big enough and I feel too muscular. I too have struggled with an eating disorder to get rid of my muscle and endless amounts of cardio/ dehydration tactics. I hope we both figure it out and can learn to love ourselves. ❤ thank you for representing the muscular girls that have self esteem issues.
