leaking schrader repair

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This one is about how to replace the liquid line schrader valve on some Trane units. This video is part of the heating and cooling series of training videos made to accompany my websites: www.graycoolingman.com and www.grayfurnaceman.com to pass on what I have learned in many years of service and repair. If you have suggestions or comments they are welcome.
If you are a homeowner looking to repair your own appliance, understand that the voltages can be lethal, the fuels are highly flammable and high pressures are used. Know your limits.

Straycurrent Most of the time they get broken by installing to tight, to many connections to the valve ie leak and adding Freon. the stem can get bent putting on your gauges so many times , no cap in winter ice damage dirt. ect

where I work several buildings the schrader were put in way to tight and can not be remover. I found pumping the 22 into the condenser closing the valve pull off the pin of the schrader and running a drywall screw in and a good yank they come out what a pain in ass but it does work.

great vid, my only concern would be that the liquid line gets extremely warm on some units and that it would met the plastic
