Very nice with personal responsibility for health as succintly noted by Andy Stanley, kudos! There's also need to underscore systemic contributions to health though. Many human problems are orchestrated by people who unfortunately have/had power but use/d it selfishly for their good. Sometimes folks from different generations have to live with consequences of bad systems that they had little or no part contributing to. They might be considered minorities or vulnerable, but they can see their limitations in their daily reflections too; the epigenetics of it all. All to say, personal responsibility is awesome (DEFINITELY!), but we can do better through systems that enhance responsibility for health, for the environment, for life...

Follow your friends my dude. I was staying in church too until my buddy came back and explained that God isn’t real. You’ll probably be surprised to hear that there isn’t any good evidence for god or christianity or really…any religion.
