Are you a decision-maker? Then encourage your team to say NO to your bad ideas. If you have all “ YES BOSS” subordinates, then you will never take right decision. The team must learn to Say No to Bad Ideas

I am slightly confused, you are using leadership to define leadership, I think. I believe a clear definition of leadership should be given, something like: " leadership is a process of influencing individuals and teams to achieve goals." So, if this definition is adopted, can we say the hands-off 'leader' is leading? What is he really 'influencing,' and more importantly, how is he 'influencing' ?

Great material. Clear. But I find it distracting when the narrator makes the moistening sound. Am I the only one? But content is excellent; I checked a couple of videos and sites, and this one is the best.
