Lead Attorney on YSL RICO, NBA YoungBoy, Tyrese, Tasha K & Cardi B, Pras, YNW Melly (Full Interview)

Ойын-сауық

In this full-length interview, The Lead Attorney sits down with DJ Vlad and reflects back on his 20-year career as an attorney in Atlanta. He then spoke about retiring a couple of years ago and focusing on various celebrity cases on KZread, which he said is a transition from a legal career he didn’t like. From there, he spoke about attending the University of Georgia for his undergraduate and law school. Vlad then asked The Lead Attorney about being a divorce attorney for some wealthy people in Atlanta.
As the discussion progresses, The Lead Attorney weighs in on several high-profile Georgia-based cases involving celebrities such as Tyrese Gibson, Cardi B & Tasha K., Harvey Weinstein, the YSL RICO Case, NBA YoungBoy, YNW Melly, and more.

Wow...The Lead Attorney is absolutely amazing. It takes a special type of attorney/person to relay this type of information and still be entertaining. He has a core audience on his own, but was still knowledgeable and informed on the legalities of every case outside his scope( of course he probably prepared) but..well done Lead!

I appreciate this conversation; the issues discussed regarding the issues facing attorneys, clients, and court dockets is rampant nationwide. I have found the cases regarding amendment violations and the difficulty arguing such cases is particularly concerning to me as these are the rights of American citizens. Thank you both for having this important conversation; hopefully this sparks more conversations that lead to opportunities to begin determining solutions for re-evaluating the legal system (both civil and criminal practices from local municipalities to federal courts.) gratitude

Is it just me, or did Vlad only ask Lead about cases with black people? I’m basing this on having watched all the clips and the title since I haven’t seen the full video yet. Why didn’t Vlad ask him about Johnny Depp or Achraf Hakimi (the soccer player ? Those are two major cases which Lead spoke a lot about on his channel. That being said, The Lead Attorney has the best legal channel I’ve seen. He’s knowledgeable and hilarious.

Vlad...Taxstone was the aggressor period based on the evidence presented I disagree with you homie. Taxstone has a record of starting beef with people ie YOUR homie Math Hoffa. Taxstone was wilding. Troy Ave isnt innocent either but we not gonna act like Taxstone was some upstanding citizen. What Lead said to you made alot sense. Youre taking this real personal cause Tax is your boy and Troy been trashing you. And you said you had friends at that party who saw Tax "minding his business" but im assuming they were friends with Tax as well sooo like you said for Troy that could be their version of the story as well., you wasnt there so we cant say that really was the case or not.

So my 2 cents, even in a gun friendly state like Texas if you illegally take a firearm into an establishment who has appropriate 30.06 and/0r 30.07 signage and use it you're catching an L. Where a 30.06\30.07 violation is a Class C misdemeanor if you use the gun its a felony unlawful carrying. Given this is NYC the guns likely illegal, carried into and establishment illegally and then used in a homicide. He compounds that by shooting 2 other people and adds the question was the force reasonable. Easy L! Lesson of the day keep your hands to yourself and if you got to sneak a gun in don't go. Has nothing to do with the state people had to make the right decisions before shot happens.

55:12 - The part about Pras; It don’t really matter that he didn’t take the plea deal from the state & give up whatever money he has hidden, if anything it’s better & will workout for him in the long run as long as he doesn’t get a overwhelming sentence. The FEDS love playing triccy games, they were planning to hit Pras with a Federal Superseding Indictment regardless of what he did. They were just hoping they could convince him to turn in all the money & as soon as he thought he was being released & walking out the jail, the Marshal would be waiting outside to take him into custody for federal charges… The FEDS are known for doing that, so many people got that done to them
