Best video out for screen replacement. My job went flawless but would not work, double checked battery connections, all good. Then I just held down the power button and after about 30 seconds the apple came up and now its fine. Thank you.

Hello I’ve followed your video but I didn’t disconnect the battery and after installing the new screen and all the connections I’ve tried turning on the MacBook Pro but no response. Have I damaged the MacBook because I didn’t disconnect the battery ? Is there anything else I can fix it ! Please can you advise. Brian

What's the purpose of connector on the end of the battery ribbon? The one with the clip, I think it's broke off, won't plug back in. Thanks.
