Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience. I'm a 3rd generation auto paint & body-man and I've learned more than a thing or two from your well-executed video tutorials. I will be sharing this trick with my brother and friends.

Hi Lazze, great vid..small tip though I came across (specially for people less well equipped the you-is. without english wheel)..Just use the bead roller in the opposite direction first.Take a not too sharp roll, make a bead with lower pressure in the other direction than you wanna do the final one. also pre-stretches the metal.

Very Informative. I need to do some decorative beads on a pre-painted aluminium panel and applied a french curve to it, so my questions are : Should I do the french curve before the beads ? What can I do to prevent scratching when I'll do the beading?

Great video. You always have such practical info. Do you know of any place that give lessons like yours in Los Angeles?

Forgive my ignorance, would it be possible to turn the metal upside down and run in the bead roller lightly to pre-strecth and then go right side up? Thankyou, great video.

You are the master of the bead roller! On the lower die why did you offset it?

I love your videos & how detailed you are with your teaching. Question: Could you use the bead roller to achieve the same pre-stretching effect by rolling on opposite side with more exacting control since it has the fence guide?

Thank you for your comment and watching the videos. You can use the bead roller to pre-stretch material. There are two videos about it on KZread kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zp6Imcyjc5nFfbg.html and kzread.info/dash/bejne/aWt1s6ppitnVgco.html Using the fence would allow you to have a very precise stretched area, however it may cause extra warping if the bead is too deep, and pulls material from around the stretched area.

Most of the time in the classes, and in most of my videos we work in steel. In both the classes and videos we do work with aluminum. Thanks for the question.
