If Antonio had told me: "this is the best risotto in the world", I could have died happily. No music, no big production, nevertheless, this is one the best videos this channel has produced. Long live Gennaro.

The rice isn't broken like it would be in a congee. It still has quite a bit of resistance.
I wondered if all that stirring was really necessary. ;)
