Lay's potato chips TV ad (1999) Australia
Комедия
TV commercial for the launch of Lay's chips in Australia. The ad includes a number of cameos, such as Tim Shaw (of Demtel infomercials) and Tommy Dysart, reprising his role from the well-known "Gogomobil" Yellowpages ads. It also features the legendary, late Australian country "cowboy" singer Smoky Dawson. Recorded February 1999. Lays chips are no longer sold in Australia (edit: as of 2009, Lays are sold only at Costco Australia and are only available in a single size and flavour).
Other appearances includes actor Richard Carter, as the police officer in the courtroom

Lay's are currently only sold in Costco Australia. They are not imported from the USA, but are made locally in Australia specifically for Costco.

+Anonymous they are now sold in Europe and are called Walkers in the UK and Ireland. As for the location it is outside the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia.

Original potato chips are my favourite Lay’s flavour
That'd be "The King" Wayne Carey getting a rub-down on the massage table too, by the looks of things

What happened to lays in Australia? I think they were too similar to thins so they weren't worth it
