31:35 Steele _did_ actually mention perjury (plus a number of the other claims listed on the Affidavit) when he initially brought the issue to the court’s attention. The problem was that the Dishonourable Judge Urinal repeatedly interrupted him, effectively stifling Mr Steele’s speech and preventing the court from hearing his complete and unfettered motion.

33:47 that’s not what happened. the meeting in chambers happened when melnick (copeland’s original male attorney) was on his vacation. the female attorney, bumpass, covered melnick on that day and was pulled into the ex parte meeting. bumpass, the female attorney for copeland, was the one who was present for the ex parte meeting. bumpass was only supposed to be representing copeland for the limited purpose of defending him on contempt. the contempt issue was resolved when copeland got back on the stand and started testifying, so she moved for withdrawal. melnick, the original male attorney, was still attorney of record for copeland. the big picture issue here is that the judge and DA waited until copeland’s original attorney was out of the state to take advantage of the fact that only his temporary attorney, Bumpass, was there for them to have this coercive meeting.

Georgia law requires someone arrested and held on a warrant to be brought before the court within 72 hours and for those arrested without a warrant within 48 hours . If what you are saying is true… simply name one person who is currently in Fulton country jail has been for “years” and is still pending their first appearance and arraignment. If you can provide me at least one name, I will fly down to Atlanta Monday, file a motion to represent the person pro hac vice and represent that person for free.

Smith makes a motion for reconsideration, citing the relevant law again. Cannon reverses and scolds Smith for not stating the relevant law in the initial motion even though he cited the relevant law in the original motion.
