Sweet edging. Never stops surprising how much staff comes off the lawn. Looking nice actually, I no its not green but to be at this stage is good. Some fertilizers will get everything back. Nice and flat as well. 👍

Going to put some fertilizer ect on it soon. It wasn't that long ago i did a weed and feed.

That spear and Jackson unit has done a good job, I got the bosch avr1100 verticutter, and also a hand held unit on wheels, but it is hatd graft doing it manually by hand, so prefer to use my electric bosch. Looks like from the first picture you have a decent mower also that gives good stripes. Think all lawn care enthusiasts like ourselves just cant wait for Winter to pass, so we can start getting back out on the lawns properly, and getting them to wimbledon centre court standard😂

@@GardeningOnALowBudget fantastic, they are the best, nothing can come close to them in terms of build quality and the engineering. Such a shame that hardly anything is made in factories here in the U.K anymore. What make and model is your push mower?

Nothing special about the seed. Just some cheap stuff. Next year i will be giving the lawn a realley good makeover with some A1 Lawn - Platinum Pro (Without Rye) or i quite like the look of the Johnsons J Premier Pitch. Next year i will do the compost and fleecing also. 🙂

I mainly wanted to try out the scarifier and get the moss and thatch out before winter.

@@GardeningOnALowBudget I think either way you cant go wrong. I would go with Johnsons tho as I have used A1 Pro 8 Luxury seeds and Johnsons seemed far superior in looks and quick germination as well. Cannot comment on platinum pro tho but people who I know used them are quite happy with the lawn.
