Obviously this professor has no understanding or respect for scientific evidence or commonsense . She is very silly to think that anyone in that county has not heard details of this trial . She is very naive to consider that the jury in NY , or the judge were unbiased . There was no reason for Karen to drive backwards recklessly . Ryan Nagle pulled up after Karen and Julie came out , but there was no body there and Karen’s SUV was gone .

Polarized, Yes. That being said, the Jury merely had to weigh the strength of the evidence (largely circumstantial) in the Commonwealth's case and determine whether Karen Read killed (intentionally/unintentionally) JO beyond a reasonable doubt. I am NOT a lawyer nor was I a Juror. I was simply playing along at home. In my opinion, it was the actual investigators that introduced actual doubt themselves by their shoddy and questionable behavior/actions. Putting aside the Alberts and the McCabes' incestial relationship with the police (and meddling in the investigation), they merely didn't prove their case. I too want the person responsible for the death of JO held accountable in hopes the family can find peace. However, there would be no peace, rather only continued uncertainty as to whether the police had had the right person from the start

All pedestrian collision injuries on the Right side - golf ball eye from Right eyebrow, slice on Right eyelid, abrasions Right shoulder, abrasions Right arm, bruise on top of Right hand, abrasion Right side of knee. Broken whole piece of Right taillight. Cops got Right wackjob. You & your like can't picture any other pedestrian collision except being hit from the Front of a car meaning, with a bonnet that is low to the ground, so an impact to the legs with all manner of other injuries due to being flung or falling off the bonnet of the car. Yawn. It is nobody's fault that you also can't figure out how the back of his head slammed onto the edge of the concrete kerb which caused the severe skull fractures & then his brain slowly swelled while he froze to death. Her car kept moving up til just past the border of the trees, no doubt they were arguing, as She said, since they left the Waterfall. John would have been embarrassed that people, His friends, could hear Her, the screaming foul mouthed banshee. JO had just stood up from picking up something, maybe the glass of Vodka that he took off her drunk ass & his right elbow hit the plastic taillight piece, maybe at the last split second he tried to use that elbow to push himself out of the way. His body went forward & from such a weight of that huge car plus the speed, the sideswiping sent him straight backwards. Snow had been coming down, head hit edge of kerb, concrete & grass icy. Tiny fragments of red & clear plastic were in his Clothes. 2 + 2 = 4. Lock that thing up. I don't know why Jack-O-Lantern kept repeating that the body 'went flying' when the cop's car video shows Where the body Was as his car approached the scene. That slimeball kept bangin' on about the body being '30 feet away' from the edge of the road but I suppose for a midget Moron, about 6 foot looks a long way away. LOL. FYI - that SUV was Not a sedan, it didn’t have a Trunk, the system of taillights are many, moulded plastic, higher set. The data from her ten ton Truck shows, she planted her foot to the metal for 62 feet, Instantly doing 24.2 miles per hour. That car was fitted with a screen in front of her face, reversing camera & sensors. The beep beep beep was prevalent as she approached her boyfriend. It got faster when she didn't Stop. The data from her vehicle shows a sudden slight lessening of speed & the wheel turned slightly. Indicative of hitting a pedestrian. A demo was filmed using her car & those exact data entries & showing the brakes brought the car to an immediate stop on an icy road. She didn't slow, stop or even hesitate as the accelerator data Shows. The abrasions on John's right arm are from her right taillight hitting at great force & many blunt edges of many pieces scraped the skin & the blood cells only raise to the surface. No bleeding because there was no breakage of skin. He was wearing two long-sleeved shirts. His body went forward then twisted & the back of his head hit the cement kerb & so the 3" split in the skin on the back of Officer John O'Keefe's head & so, the severe skull fractures. Due to frantic life-saving efforts that continued at the hospital, the left eye ballooned also. Blue/black eyelids is called raccoon eyes & very typical due to skull fractures & blue/black above & a bit below eyes later, same reason. N.B. for all the dumb bums I will explain something else in Simpleton terms - the sensor in her car also means that when she slowly & very deliberately backed into John's car at 5.07 a.m., her drake face was also hearing Beep Beep Beep. Her right hand reached over to press a button, the auto brake assist that she switched Off. The Authentic ring camera video shows the piece of the taillight Missing as she drove off. A cop went to John's house at 8.22 a.m., to see if kids there alone. The video from his car shows, the Same piece missing. Karen Read is a very crafty female who thought she was The most attractive thing on the planet & believed in her demented mind, that All men should fall at her feet. She was lucky enough to be born a Psychopath so the killing of a human being was very Easy for her. She drove to John's house from Fairview & started calling a dying man's phone, the message she left - "John, nobody knows where you are". wtf, really? Her first convo with Jen McCabe after she woke John's poor niece & made Her call Jen then Read spoke -"I was so drunk last night, the last thing I remember was being with John at the Waterfall". Her call to Kerry Roberts - "John's dead, I think he might've been hit by a plough". This was after she had a) driven past the Waterfall as her subterfuge b) gone down Fairview & at some place around there, Saw plough men working. Jen had barely had any Sleep when that call from the niece then the non-stop screaming from the actress but, it was working due to Jen & Kerry's love & care for John & they wanted to Help. Jen told Read, wait, I saw your car at the front of my sister's house after the Waterfall. Read's story kept changing & evolving, up til this Day. Like any trial, separate the vegetable soup from the chicken pieces. It is Very clear that she is Guilty. There were Two grand jury investigations, the 2nd run by the Feds. And then, the case went to Trial. Here’s how it goes - the more witnesses the prosecution had to put on the stand the More the trial drags out & so, the More work for her circus performers to do & so the Mega bucks that they get from Her. LOL. The best part about the trial is knowing that Read is Broke & she will Always be broke as John's niece & nephew will Sue that Monster to hell & back Next. I don't know how Paul contained himself having to watch that rattle snake enjoy herself very many of those days. Back at the beginning, Yanetti on the courthouse steps & the announcement for the TV cameras "it was an accident, she didn't mean to hit him". Then along came a little spider from the bright lights of LA Land & he saw Big dollars signs & a fable was born against all those at the after-party, against every serving police officer in the State & against all medical responders for 50 miles. That evil-eyed serpent spent 1 million on a PR campaign to make a whole lot of numpties, cop haters & Ritas, into her turtle Mutant cult members. Congrats. And BTW - as much as she laughed, smiled & smirked all through the trial, she is doing Same about You. It's 5.00 a.m., "Kerry Kerry Kerry" then she hung up because the play-acting was Meant to freak the hell out of that poor woman. It's about 5.05 a.m., she calls back "John's dead, I think he might have been hit by a plough". At about 6.10 a.m., "there he is, let me out of this fucking car". So she’s innocent as there is no proof and many doubts as to what really happened. I think 2nd degree murder is a big charge for not even having one witness see her do it. What’s wrong with our justice system, there is no justice just speculation and how can you find someone guilty where there are so many questions. Why don’t they try to find who really did it? Is maybe they already know but they are too powerful to charge. Jeffrey Epstein got away with so much for so long cause he was powerful with his money and secrets.

A hung jury occurs when a jury is unable to reach a unanimous verdict, indicating that some jurors believe the defendant is guilty, while others do not. This can happen in both criminal and civil trials. In a criminal trial, a hung jury means that the defendant is not convicted, but neither are they acquitted. Key Takeaways: A hung jury is a situation where jurors cannot agree on a verdict, indicating that some believe the defendant is guilty. In a criminal trial, a hung jury means the defendant is not convicted, but neither are they acquitted. The jury is considered “hung” when there are insufficient jurors voting one way or the other to deliver a verdict. The judge may direct the jury to deliberate further, usually no more than once or twice, before declaring a mistrial due to the hung jury.

The only one of 3 women who could See a body from the middle of the back seat as the 2 women in the front were looking either side & ahead for John when driving in the middle of a Blizzard, pitch black outside still, no streetlights for the road & the body was about 6 feet back from the kerb at the far left side area of a family's front yard & completely covered in several inches of Snow. Amazing supernatural powers from that evil-eyed devil in a dress. I suppose you would defend that thing even if that body was Your child yeah?

All prosecutor needs to do is prove beyond what is reasonable that john never went inside that house, which i believe, they did but Lolly mentioned it in passing rather than strongly focusing & proving that on 4 pcs of evidence..A. John phone lo cking down time & data location. @ 12:25 am at spot he was found B. Multiple ppl in & out of house did not see him enter or in the house that night including Karen(as she said during initial police interview) c. His body laid on grass with no snow under his body where he laid after being struck for 5 hrs up until READ found him. D. His shattered shot glass, missing shoe, micro pcs of tailight @ crime scene, and of course Johns DNA on her SUV back housing of tailight. Once its proven he did not enter the house , she will be found guilty despite defense false narratives & experts who had no idea about physical evidence found . Guilty of manslaughter

The 2 prevailing dynamics in read's tainted jury pool were #1. A verdict of guilty would have been a wrongful vindication of the actual murderers because evidence of the frame-up and cover-up is strong and overwhelming. #2. Through the function of cognitive dissonance, a biased juror only needs testimony or evidence to chew on - (it does not have to be swallowed, true or even believable) the evidence only has to mentally validate a nullification of the facts which obviously occurred in the mistrial.

According to the search results, Karen Read’s father, William Read, asked her follow-up questions after she said “I hit something”. The specific questions he asked are not mentioned in the provided search results, but it is mentioned that she said “I remember backing up and hitting something, but I can’t say what it was” in the hospital, and her father asked her what she meant

Both were drunk as skunks. What if John got out, went behind car, saw something on ground, bent down to pick it up AT THE EXACT SAME TIME Karen backed up? His head and tail light collide, sends him flying. That explains no other severe body damage. The arm damage is a true mystery. I live in San Francisco. Late last year, at 4:30am i go outside and there is an absolutely beautiful and big coyote in the front yard. I wished I had a steak, left over burger, anything to give him. I was trying to get him to come to me. I'm 6 foot, had a big black puffer coat and hood on. He wasn't going to tangle, get close to Bigfoot😅!! I had seen 2 others, prior, by city colledge, very woodsy there. Anyways, maybe a coyote came by and chewed his arm.

They jurors job wasn’t to speculate as to what happened just that she didn’t do it or she did. The frame job thing muddied the water too much. Had they let that narrative come out on its own the jurors wouldn’t have to admit they think it was corruption they would just “note to self…I don’t trust ..” then focus on the facts proven in the case.
