I have witnessed the effects of an influx of people from outwith a culture growing to the point of saturating it. Small remote communities in the Scottish Highlands have always needed new blood to maintain the purity of the gene pool, to invigorate the communities and those who moved into such areas were both welcome and necessary. However, once a tipping point is reached the entire structure of those communities is all but destroyed, the culture and traditions are weakened and slowly begins to resemble the place those incomers were ''escaping'' from. It is no different when on a country wide scale. Balance is everything.

It all went wrong when they took religious instruction out of Schools ,I am In my eighties, my school days always began with assembly ,consisting of prayers and hymns,we were all taught about values,honesty looking after one another ,and how to behave,I am from a family of ten,we all went to Sunday school ,when a little older went to Salvation Army Sunday school. , not one of us ten children got in any trouble, soon as I got to teenage I stopped going like most kids but the values I learned have stayed with me all my life.Lets start getting our Schools sorted and stop teaching kids rubbish.

I believe unless there is a component of violence, intimidation, threats, physical attacks or calls for actual violence then it is the lesser

The reason why some GPs are not up to the mark is they have their degrees from third world countries which of course do not have high training educational standards. The degrees can also be purchased from fraudulent sources, and our nurses and doctors are propping them up trying to stop them making errors with patients. The UK only demands a language test, that’s the only test given. Some decades ago at hospital the doctor dealing with me could not talk or understand English, but arrogantly pretended l was the problem, a peasant, who didn’t know English. I the well educated Brit speaking my mother tongue. Fortunately, a nurse took over and started acting the nurse maid, helping him with his English, but even so he was telling her in really bad pigeon English that l,the patient, couldn’t speak English properly. Fortunately, those times are over now at least with language problems.

Excellent hearing what Laurence Fox had to say - that is, when he was allowed to say it! There was hardly one incidence when Rob Moore did not interrupt him. It became so irritating that it was a struggle to listen to the end.
