Loved seeing these two unproblematic queens together again. This friendship was the heart of the show for me. So pure and respectful. It felt like Lauren slowly started to shutdown on the show after Whitney left. None of the other girls ever felt as genuine with her as Whitney always did. I noticed when I was moving last month I only have the seasons w Lauren & Whitney lol 🤷🏼‍♀️😜 I was a Laguna fan because of Lauren and The Hills for me was an extension to Laguna & Lauren's life. I loved Lauren and I loved Whitney and I loved that they had each other during those crazy/fun times. Once they were gone I moved on like they did lol I didn't even watch the new season. Once they left it wasn't the same Hills anymore. Plus following way to closely to people I didn't care for in the first place the first time around for how shady of "friends" they all are/were.

Laura Ann Clark I know right! I really hated when they left the show. Love their moments together. I wasn’t interested in the Speidi, Audrina, and Justin do me they were boring. I wonder why the producer decided to let Lauren n Whitney go. He should’ve made them stayed. After they left the show wasn’t famous anymore maybe that was why they ended it.

I think Lauren Conrad is the only decent person who took full advantage of the reality shows she was on. She did her thing, made her brand and said goodbye at perfect time - before anyone was tired of her. She left people wanting more. Then she stayed low key and just made her money, created her family and hopefully she is happy. That's great example how it should be done. I respect her for that. I always liked her and watched her shows because of her personality. I imagine her life now is pretty much like the movie The Intern with Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro. Hopefully her husband is faithful though. Btw, too much unnecessary use of the word "like".

I’ve never seen them as friends. I’ve always viewed them as friendly colleagues, like a coworker that you sometimes go for a drink with. I didn’t get the feeling they got very deep, but they’ll always be connected.

She and her husband definitely throw her under the bus with comments while defending Heidi and even Kristen. Power to Lauren. Only reason I’m watching these videos is because of her. She is really chic and polished -- she's like a walking instagram feed. I don't specifically seek out her brand, but if I'm ever in Kohl's, i always gravitate towards her brand; and i think she does plus sizes at kohl's as well!! I'll def be checking out her makeup brand though b/c I'm super into no make-up make-up as well. And i like how she actually really liked the Mark brand that she did a collection for!!

Yep old and crusty looking she pretty but always looked like she needed moisture izer under her eyes at 18 she already had major crow's feet heavy under eye wrinkles. And she always in the hills looked smelly like I wanted to say take a shower her hair was always so greesy. Exp when she was dating Jason it was so dirty looking and I think it was stress from there relationship too much partying and so not enuf self care time. Even with that being aid I still thought she was so cute and she prob grew up being out in the sun daily with no sunscreen on her face. That being said she actually looks fresher and younger now she shed quick and then hit a Plato. And whit is still a natural beauty. I'm glad these 2are still on good terms.

now that i’m in my 30s and don’t have as much time to see the people from my past who used to be such a huge part of my life for so long, this was a very refreshing conversation to get to witness. it just shows that with age and maturity, you can come together with those people and still have that genuine connection that brought you together in the first place. life just gets away from us and it’s a breath of fresh air to have moments like this with people you will always care for.

I think people want to suspend their belief and forget they’re colleagues. Once you work in a few places you realise you can’t hold every friendship, it’s just not possible. Doesn’t mean you don’t have wonderful memories or good loving feelings towards these people, just not close friends in your day to day life

I moved abroad and lost contact with most of My friends and as life happen's i tried to reconnect but I Feel there is some resentment from them that We just don't Speak. Its sad. It has been a learning curve. I should have made more effort and likewise them. Now i am pretty much On my own with no friends but I am ok with that. I have my family and We are close but i worry that When they're not there how will I cope. I did to distance myself And be more independant so i appreciate them more And build healthy relations Wth family and future friends.

I think Lauren is one of the smartest people who’ve done/started off in reality shows. She could’ve went the other way and only be a reality star, but I love that she’s successful and working outside of reality TV. Lauren And Whitney’s storylines were my favourite because it wasn’t just standing drinking and arguing if that’s ALL they did I wouldn’t watch the show. If she came back to TV, I’d be more interested in her work side, more inspirational

I clicked for Lauren but liked for Whitney. Funny how LC seemed so lovable back in the day and Whitney was a little bit meh for me. But now Whitney seems so likeable, i love her.

I think Whitney found not only the validation but also Lauren reassured Whitney that she has absolutely positively unequivocally nothing but love for her and I believe that made Whitney feel so much better,I actually enjoy Lauren and Whitney as friends way better than Lauren and Lo,Lo may seem like a nice and lovely person on the surface but behind the scenes she comes across conniving and sneaky to me she just oozes attitude and not in a good way,Whitney did an amazing job with the interview

I have so much admiration for Lauren Conrad right now. Seeing what she's been able to do with her career since Laguna Beach, I always figured she was good at business. But this interview really showcases the depth of her acumen and it makes so much more sense now why she is so successful. I would totally take a business class from her or would love to just sit down for hours more to hear about what she does and what tips she has. I'm really grateful for the questions that Whitney asks. In this segment alone, you learn about the importance of relationships, who to work with and on what and how. You learn about how it's really important to start small, and to learn and grow gradually based on the feedback you get from clients. As a female entrepreneur of the same age, this interview is immensely relatable and very real especially in this past year during covid lockdowns with launch delays and the monotonous hours where you are in your own head. I love how you both are still as humble and grounded as you were when you were younger.

This is the sisterhood we needed during this time. Supportive non toxic sister friends. Support each others choices & success. You can tell they may not talk very often in the future either, but every time they do come together they will fall comfortably back in to this.

I just realize Whitney makes the best host/moderator. Asking the correct questions and bringing back the conversation to the topics and able to share her experiences as well without overshadowing the person she interviews! Apparently I haven't heard Lauren talk since the Hills because her voice sounds so different?! I'm going to have to re-watch the Hills now cause I always thought her voice was more, raspy?

She had vocal cord nodules from always yelling in clubs etc. Yes her voice is completely different now

I read in an interview she said that her voice was raspy on the show because she was out partying and not getting enough sleep.

What others have said, but also everyone's voices change as they age. I always liked her raspy voice and I didn't even put it together when I was younger that her lifestyle affected it haha

What a beautiful friendship to still have. I just watched all the seasons of the Hill's. And both girls look the same! I adore them. And I'm an old lady over here lol 49 and I love The Hills & The City! Great Job Whit on the interview 🤗

Your friendship with Lauren is a lot like my friendships with my college and high school friends. You don’t talk regularly but you never question your friendship when you do talk.

Our QUEEN LC is back! I always stanned her.

I relate to so much of what you said at the beginning Whitney! I have friends like that from university too who I know I could just pick up right where I left off, but it's so hard not to get in your head about something and start thinking the worst. I'm so happy you got to do this and reconnect!

When you and Lauren are together then it's like your mannerism and the way you talk go back to 2008 - and I love it! :-)
