Yes dear it should be cleaned once a month, yes the filter lid is so tight me too it gave me hard time to open it for the first time. But l used an applier it’s atool , it’s helps to grab the lid and turn it clockwise it will open

U have to leave the tap on for the whole cycle 🔄, and for my case l have never locked the tap it’s always on . There is away the machine controls everything , it will let the water in whenever it starts running. And when it stops the cycle the top will close automatically

I recommend turning both tap and power off after you've finished a load. This reduces the chance of a hose bursting or some electrical component catching fire when you're not at home, say from a lightning strike if nothing else.@@sharitahahamd

Yes , l would recommend coz really it’s anice band and affordable, it washes well clothes and the captivity is big which can take up a lot of clothes in just one load

If it's like my 7.5 kg model it does 5 minutes of washing then ONE only rinse and spin.on the 15 minute cycle.

Hi Lady, thank you for the video. I use the exact machine when it's done with the clothes the clothes don't have the fabric softener scent. What am I supposed to do to ensure that the clothes come out smelling nice and fresh? Another issue is when it's spinning, it shakes a lot.. is it normal?

There is middle compartment , where u put the fabric softener, maybe ur putting it in awrong compartment , coz the machine will automatically pick the softener when rising the clothes. If u removed the transportation bolts behind the machine then the noise is normal but if u didn’t remove them then it’s the one causing the noise

Please I just got this same model and when it started working, when it got to like 11mins co I was using quick 15 all of a sudden it didn’t move from the 11mins and it keeps rinsing and spinning but was in 11mins for a long time. What could be the problem. Thanks.

Maybe there was no water entering the machine, if the water supply is ok then try to but on other options to see if it does the same thing. And if it does dat try to switch it off and start the machine again

I would recommend Ariel it’s the best detergent , and get the one for the machine, not hand wash incase ur using the machine

Any setting on this machine brings in a lot of water , if ur water supply is not ok it means the pressure of water coming in the machine is not good

Yes dear the water has to be on . The machine controls its self . It drains the water after washing them it will bring in another water . For the second wash so don’t worry just leave the water on .

It’s anormal vibration the machine does it will spinning . But make sure it doesn’t move from one place. If it moves while spinning then there is aproblem

Yea ur right the programs are so long but u can always try Quick 15 and Down is 45mints wool for 50 minutes

@@sharitahahamd Not clear yet , Quick wash is just for few clothes but we always have mix kind of load not the separate down , wool, sportswear and cotton only fabrics. So on such mix load can we use any short program and expect good result or wash in the mix for 1:58 hr ? Please provide your opinion based on your experience..!

@@aseshadhikari965 that’s the only disadvantage of this machine it has long hour cycles and that’s the least u can select dark wash it has 1:15mints and wool has 50mints still can was any type of clothes well . But otherwise other programs have long hours about 1:58mints

Yes actually mine is contacted with tank water, the plumbers knw how to contact it , u just have to get agood one

​@@leilaroy2949 please remove the foam and let it stand on its 4 feet and fit the white plastic cocks which come inside the water inlet packet back in the holes where you removed the travel bolts, it will help reduce the noise.

The reason why it makes dat noise is dat you didn’t remove the transportation bolts behind it . Ur supposed to remove them and replace the wholes with some white covers dat came with the machine. The transportation bolts have nats behind and u have to crawl them out with a crawl dat also came with the machine dear . Once u remove the machine will not make noise and it won’t move

Under the machine, it has got some 4 stands at the bottom. Therefore u need to put that machine in a firmed flat floor and make sure that u adjust and balance those screws stands firmly on the floor so that the machine doesn't shake when rinsing and u should know when it rinse, it does a lot of spinning making the machine to over vibrate's.

If new born u can wash them in wool coz it’s 50 mints , and if they are not so dirty u can wash them in quick 15,

It will but the duvet won’t get clean well because when it’s inside the machine it will become heavy because of the water hence making it had to for the machine to clean it well only 10kg machine can wash the duvet
