You're welcome ma'am. I didn't add water manually, the water was supplied from the water inlet pipe after I pressed the start button. The water inlet pipe is connected to the water pipe that supplies water to the bathroom sink. I'll upload a video tonight to show this. I hope it helps.

You're welcome ma'am. You should always have it attached to pass out water through out the wash, rinse and spin process in order to drain water out. I hope this helps.

It's true that it vibrates a lot. This is because your floor may be very smooth. So it's best if it's put adjacent to a wall. A firm tap that introduces the clean water could also help reduce the movements whenever it spining.

Ma please after i washed the cloth by pouring water manually but when i wanted to rinse it the second time, the water went through the drain without staying

Previously i had hi sense front 7kg front loader it packed up after 8 years and i had the fridge in a hi sense ! I now have Defy 8 kg top loader auto matic and the defy fridge ! Matching sets

Not a must, but it's advisble to avoid friction and potentially tearing your clothes with time. Softeners or fabric conditioners are mostly sold in supermarkets .

Add your softener at the beginning of the rinse cycle. If you don't have a dryer (electric or gas) it will not do you any good. So, don't waste your money in Nigeria for fabric softener.

Yes it can be noisy. Just make sure your clothes are not too many and arranged in a way that tilts to one direction. Let them be level and not compressed into the tub. Remove metals, hard objects and turn inside out any clothes with hard parts such as beads, buttons, zips, hooks etc

I just got same washing machine but mine is 10.5kg i followed all instructions, but after the second rinsing when it got to 16 seconds it stopped, it didn't drain out the second rinsing water.

You can put it off. Then make sure your water pressure is okay. You can also check the water inlet pipe filter to make sure it's not blocked. If there are particles blocking it, use an old toothbrush to clean it. Open and firmly close the tub cover. Put it on again and select rinse this time and press start. Pour into it manually with a bucket to your desired level. Press power button WASH button Start button Once it has ended and drained the water. Pour water again and press rinse. After it drains, press spin. Try this and see if it works. Disclaimer: I am not an expert. This is entirely my opinion of what can work. If u are adding water manually, put water level on 1 or 2 if its two buckets u filled. After washing, drain the water and fill in fresh water and repeat the same wash process so it can rinse. After that drain the water and put on spin. DONE!
