Is your business more suited for the Launch or Evergreen model?
If you’ve been in the online business game for as long as I have, you know a thing or two about both approaches. And while some people may lead you to believe that one approach trumps the other, the truth is a lot more complicated.
You see, both of these models are great. And both can make you a ton of money. However, both also come with their unique downsides. The trick is to see which downside you can tolerate and which one seems a bit too risky.
That's why I decided to make this video to teach you everything I’ve learned about launches and evergreen models so you can make your own decision. I’ve experimented with both over the past 14 years in two different niches, so I definitely have a more in-depth perspective than a lot of people.
So if you want to decide once and for all which of these two models is best for your business, make sure to give this episode a watch. I promise you’ll leave it with a bit more clarity.
In this episode you’ll learn:
-The difference between Launch and Evergreen.
-The downside is to both approaches.
-What type of person fits both models.
-And much, much more.
Enjoy!
-Graham

As an email subscriber/potential customer to some people I follow, "launch"es are annoying because you rarely or sparingly receive any useful emails from these people, and you know that a launch is coming because suddenly they're email blasting you once or twice a day. It gets to the point where you receive that "this your last chance" email, and I'm thinking THANK GOD.

Thank you Graham, my biggest take away from this was don't be afraid to do a hybrid of both. And if you are in the evergreen camp (I am) get into affiliate marketing and coaching as the evergreen model scales. Remember the tortoise and the hare ; ).I have practiced what you teach and since I have put my course out there I have already sold 7 courses all in my sleep because of the email funnel you teach! I am just starting out but it works - if you have patience it works and its well worth it.

Thanks Graham ! I loved the mega funnel idea. Actually, I'm wondering if you had any videos on how to prioritize products in a mega funnel. Is it best to offer low priced to high? I'm sure you have a detailed strategy based on the person's actions.

I've been listening to you for years and I find it super exciting what you do and how? I see it the same way you do, but many people are allowed to try what works for them. I love working with Kajabi because it is a wonderful tool. you just gave me a wonderful idea. thank you for that

Do you teach a way to do launches that are easy to do? I am so overwhelmed with trying to create a launch.

Launchzilla vs EverGreen Monster - this is such a fantastic analysis and presentation - thanks so much! I really like your hybrid model approach. Btw, I'm really glad to see "Mixing University" avail on recording revolution (evergreen) because it's so darn awesome! Not just on "how to mix" but also as a perfect case study on "how to build a course that takes a complicated topic and makes it systemic and easily digestible". 🎸

My biggest insight was being a “woman of and.” I don’t have to make hard, black and white decisions. I can do what works, when. Thank you!
