Have you lost the ability to program tire pressure sensor id numbers into your vehicle computer with your scan tool? The one I bought allowed me to program in the id codes for 2 of my new tire pressure sensors on a 06 dodge grand caravan, but I didn't do all 4 at one time. After I finally changed the other tires, the reader wouldn't connect to the van any longer so I updated the software on the scanner. Now, it will no longer allow me to do anything but see the id numbers. Even then, I have to fight through various menus to get to that point.

Good job! Can you make more videos comparing original device app and third app like Xdiag? Because third software is very cheap

These engines have piezo injectors. If you have a confirmed bad injector, you must replace all of them. And also all the spark plugs. I have a tester for piezo injectors and believe me, it is not enough to replace one, because after a short time another one falls out, etc. Piezo injectors disperse fuel poorly and are leaky, which causes oil to be flushed from the cylinders and subsequently seize/damage the surface layer in the cylinders. P.S. in your video, the injector on cylinder 6 was also at the limit...

you are absolutely right and indeed you observed well. The idea is that the owner of the car, like many others, buy expensive cars and do not have the money to do the total repair. They have expensive cars to be important but they do not have the money to change the oil.

@@YOYODiagnostic Exactly. That Mercedes engine has specific faults. If the owner had read on the Mercedes Forum about his M177 engine and its maintenance, he would have been surprised. If an endoscope was used on that cylinder, the grooves caused by the piston rubbing against the cylinder would already be visible. In addition, the owners of these muscle cars like to increase the performance by remapping the control unit/disabling the rear lambda probes and removing the catalytic converters, which results in a rapid reduction in engine life.

Did the smooth running value on the other cylinder (#6?) improve after the replacement of the injector? A misfiring cylinder can "upset the whole apple cart" by imbalances in combustion and often it is greatly improved by correcting the single cylinder issue in my experience. One injector is about 150+ (Bosch) to 350+ euro (Mercedes OEM) I am guessing. Not cheap, but not as expensive as BMW N54 injectors currently seem to be ;) Many thanks for the video and comments. @@spencermaiers8322 on cylinder 6 the problem remained the same. The problem is always people only want to pay when it's broken. I suggested him to do a complete Service , if I were in his place I would change 8 injectors + 8 spark plugs + 8 coils. If they don't want it, I can't pay with my own money. 👍
