Salute to you, Efra, for these words of wisdom! Yes, music is an international language...it brings people appreciate music together.

KZ had a broken vocals (hereditary disease), she was a belter like Morisette and Katrina but she's an alto now. To compensate that, she learned to rap, scat, arrange songs, play instruments, and play trumpet sound using her mouth, bet you wanna see that. Well, it was a great trade for her. The tittle of the song "nag-iisa na naman" means "alone again. The song is pertaining to a person who always undergo break ups and questioning why he/she was to be hurt so much even though she invested a lot of love to the person.

How about her Close To You. This is when she sounds like a human trumpet.

her style delivery on this song is a lot of influence to Lauryn Hill and a little bit of Janis Joplin. KZ I have to say has the swag of a rapper, the deep emotion of blues, the vulnerability of ballads, and she can Rock to the best of them. She's a complete package. Oh she can do some latin flavor too. A creole of music entertainer.

One really funny moment along these lines was when KZ gave a concert in Toronto. In the audience were members of a band that did a reaction video to KZ and were blown away. During the concert, KZ waved at them during a song and afterward said something like "I know you guys." which stunned the band members. After the concert, they talked and apparently KZ had seen their reaction and some of their performance videos. The whole conversation was like "You're amazing!" "No, you're more amazing!" I don't know if KZ was really that impressed, but the band members acted like it was the best moment of their lives.

Damn!!. I forgot she went to the US and London to promote her new song!. And she have like a couple of concerts there.

The message of the song is spot on! The reality of being broken hearted again & again.... learning nothing from the sad experience, ignoring & refusing to accept the pain it brought when it was all over & constantly seeking to be loved.

Check her performance on the singer "the hurts you never knew" she learned how to sing in Mandarin in only two weeks time and it shows how versatile she can be. It's very emotional and it show you more of how her voice can be much delicate, vulnerable, and fragile rather than the usual power jazz unique type of aura she gives off
