Banka Machine might be Good But I havent seen in any videos that they have safety precautions, like cover on chuck with safety switch. No in Operations light. Eg. Red or Green. I would recommend BANKA, priortize safety first, its will be best marketing strategy in local market. Mostly none of Indian Machine Manufacturers give Priority to Safety.

@@BANKAMACHINE Just you can add metal bended cover with one relay switch on chuck. Light near your Control on Machine. Yellow, Green and Red Pillar light. Surely this wil make look more professional like German Manufacturer. Safety is Top Priority. Try to do Marketing throught more of Safety concepts also. Obviously More of ISO companies looks for Safety.

@@BANKAMACHINE yes, maine aapka 34 lathe machine hali mein delivery lii. youtube mein ek review dungja bohot jald. Acha lathe machine hain, really like it. Few suggestions I have for Banka :- 1. Use D1 series camlock spindle. 2. DRO system should be a optional accessory. 3. Use helical gears in headstock if possible for very smooth gear shift & ultra low noise level. 4. helical gears really help to accommodate a bigger motor which helps operator to use more modern negative carbide insert tooling for maximum productivity. 5. Main spindle could ride on a clutch, which has a engage lever near apron gearbox assembly. 6. foot brake should be atleast a optional accessory. 7. tailstock camlock as discussed. This will really bring this Indian manufacturer Banka at par with USA old iron standard of Monarch, Lodge & shipley , axelson & even hardinge standard of lathes. I believe, India really has the capacity to absorb this kind of machines at a higher price point & people will buy it who are tired of lame tools. Thanks Aditya
