The #Review_of_Lathe that I have given, I am putting before you It is to say that I received an inquiry from the Banka on December 11, 2019, in these 5 days, I also placed an order, and within 2 days my Banka delivered the machine. And I am very happy today. Because the next day the service engineer went there and installed these customers machines. this is Ashoksinh Zala who is our #technician. Today I am presenting this story to you and the customers living in Ahmedabad.
See how the work of the manufacturer is happening, how to set the customer, how to keep happy and as long as the machine is sold, it is a matter of marketing.
But after selling the machine, when the customer has any problem or difficulty in your work.
Banka is not the kind of manufacturer that caters directly to market demand.
We walk very different ways this is our identity.
If I tell you that you should not buy a machine from the brokers. When you take a washing machine or refrigerator or TV, then you want it that I have come and made his operating control and installation technology come so this is an engineering product that has a lot of problems.

Machine came well packed and fast in bolero van and not in truck. Van driver called me 2 hours before so I can prepare. They where so careful to pack it. When delivery van arrived I had to call a crane to unload and move inside on iron rods. Next day was Sunday and thought today will go waste but I got a surprise call in Sunday morning 7am for installation as the person already reached near my place. Video was created by me when person came for installation. They reply fast and even answer silly queries. Quality is good overall. Value for money.
