Late Winter Catfishing - Catch and Cook

Late Winter Catfishing - Catch and Cook. Is it winter or spring in Texas? Nobody knows, but the catfish were biting, and I finally figured out how and where they were hiding. I love to kayak fish and I got to try out my new DIY kayak hacks. I even did my first catch and cook.
