they absolutely said they were fixing the height prob, also didnt notice grune, but looks like they shortened him , cause when you go back and look at the super 7 pre order figs, grune did not have those ball joints, super 7 is letting me down while the price goes up

Folks can downplay the Tygra fiasco but I'm not buying any more Ultimates from Super7 because of it. Lots of other stuff to grab.

Got my cheetara yesterday and i finally got the rest of them out of the boxes and on a shelf.

FYI MummRa's wrist hooks pop off to cinch the cape down better. So does that peg on his neck.

Watch Ink Drop Customs, he shows a simple technique on how to remove the brown.

That Mumm-Ra figure is dope AF! I also have that glow in the dark one too. Debating on that Grune, but after this review I think I might get it. Always wants one and did not have one as a kid. Great review and channel!

Dude I used to ride Super 7 hard but lately they have definitely taking some missteps. The Mumm Ra and Ma Mutt is stellar though. Tygra I can deal with because the sculpt so great. I'm really just cutting back to core team and Thundertank and both Mumm Ras and Slythe. I collect too much lol. Great vid man. Always love your content.

Smoking crack? Dead! I love the Thundercat line. Thankfully I live a few miles from Super 7! Good stuff as always!

I'm glad you got to open and check out your Super7 Cats! Yeah, not great, but not terrible, it is what it is at this point. We've talked about all this before privately but I am much happier after adding some paint to Tygra, not something I wanted to do, but worth it in my opinion. MummRa is amazing and it's just so weird to me how Super7 can put out such amazing big beast/monster/villain type figures but then the regular normal types they drop the ball on. Same thing often happens with the TMNT figures. I do really hope things start going in a different direction with this company because I started out absolutely loving their stuff and they've been disappointing me left and right lately. And if they don't improve, well I've practically got a complete set of the core Thundercats and Ninja Turtles so I'll just have to be happy with what I end up with.

I took off Tygra's shading with rubbing alcohol.

Only ordered Tygra and Mum Ra from this wave. Out of two figures I had three loose hip joints and one of Mum Ra wrist is so tight that it slowly pushes that hand out of the socket and falls off about once a week. At one point was thinking of getting some secondary characters but I’m at the point now where I just want to finish off my thundercat team and my mutant team and I’m out. Just need super 7 to show me a Snarf and I’m done.

Looks like your open mouth Mumm-Ra has a defect. The left hand snake is just another right hand one. Happened to me for both heads. I contacted Super7 Customer service and they replaced after about a month.

yup, good eye. I honestly missed it but I reached out to them and to their credit they got back to me the next day saying they would send a new one out. I thought that was so cool, meanwhile i had to chase neca for a year for a replacement

I have all the cats jus need to get Jaga. Gonna wait till I get Cheetara and Bengali which I already pre ordered. They should be coming in September/October.

I got my mumm ra from bbts and both heads had QC issues. Bbts refunded me and to,d me to keep it. Just yesterday I actually got a replacement head from super7. I'd say if you have QC issues even if you didn't get a figure from super7 directly its worth asking for replacement pieces

hey your second head for mummra got croocked snakes, what a bummer 😞. I'm quitting ultimates after getting chetara and the twins, a few more TMNT and that's it. I do want to like silver hawks and gijoe but I don't think they will worth the money they are asking for with all the flaws and lack of articulation the offer.

It looks like you open mouth head has a QC issue similar to mine. Notice the snakes are both facing th e same direction.

Wasnt this wave the last wave to leave the old factory? Wave 3 and up are from the new super7 factory? My Grune was also very loose in the hips and wrists. Hope he keeps standing.

After two years and multiple delays even sending figures back to the factory this quality is unacceptable for the price.

This wave is so disappointing 😞 Tygra won't be able to sit in the ThunderTank properly 😢

I like ultimates but they do a lot of re paints & glow version but this thunder cat line & silver hawks was disappointing. I don’t know why silver hawks aren’t shiny

I only ordered Tygra and Mum-Ra from this wave. My Tygra figure sucks. The emblem on his chest is damaged. The articulation is limited and his joints are really loose. I can barely make him look natural just standing upright.

I will continue and complete the lines I have with S7 but with this type of execution and price point , I will pass on ALL their repaints and likely will not pick up any other lines from them. I was very tempted to get their G1 TFs but after seeing the shitty articulation, I had to pass. Couple that with the fact that S7 hasn’t said a word about rectifying any of these issues leaves me with waning support for B Flynn and S7. Come on…$55 dollars and the elbows won’t do a 90 deg bend?!?!? That’s unacceptable.

Super7 Thundercats are kind of hit or miss for me. I'll definitely buy the tertiary characters we never get in collectibles, but at least half of this line I've been fine passing on.

Way to many issues with these figures. I’m glad I waited to see if they would be good. It seems they have a lot more misses then hits. At least the turtle figures are good from what I see

You missed quite a bit during this but here's the issues: They definitely said they were going to fix the Height issue when they announced it, they didn't. The Belt is glued down and even if you take it off there's a hole and glue mark. She uses it as her weapon. The Totem is rubbery as hell and the shuriken is misshaped from the mold, the circle in the middle is all warped. Her knees are reversed. Tygra is the wrong color. His skin and his suit. We were told specifically we would get the elbow pad. We didn't. The armband on the other arm is the wrong color. Poop stains all over his abs. Knees dont bend, he won't be able to sit in the tank correctly. His shoulders cut into his arms if you raise them up. They leave marks . Grune has reversed knees AND reversed shoulders. Paint color off all over. Hips obviously. Poor articulation. Your screaming Mumm-ra head has two of the same snakes, theyre supposed to face each other. His shoulders also dig into his arms if you raise the arms. He can't hold the unignited Plundarr sword from the first Mumm-ra. No neck. I've seen paint issues all over this wave across the feeds as well as gotten problems myself. What a disappointment of a wave for what we paid for them. BBTS is giving them away at this point bc of all the problems.

I was a fan Super7 club grayskull MOTU untill the shiny plastic and difference from final product from shown prototype. I still see their stuck in their old ways. Some of these Thundercats in this line aren't the greatest, and Maaaa-mutt pisses me off, how cheap of Super7 to cheap out on articulation.

Why is Pumyra the tallest Thundercat? Why aren't those awful snarling heads replaced with actual show accurate accesories? Why Tygra has the LJN colors instead of the ones from the show and why is he missing the elbow pad? Why is Grune so short, why are his mace's spikes blue and why his hips are an eyesore? Why are Mumm-ra and Ma-mutt blue instead of grey and why the open mouth lacks its characteristic mucus? Because super7 are hacks.

So is this line dead now or what?
