About the Eagels just flying to mordor. The eagles are their own people, they aint just normal giant birds, they can talk and have a sort of society that dont want to engage with the rest of middle earth. Only reason they appear sometimes is because of Gandalf being a friend of theirs since the beginning of times and hes an "ancient spirit"(forgot their name, same as sauron) and they would never even show if Gandalf didnt use his magic and help them in earlier ages where men and orcs didnt even exist. Also the mission is to sneak in the ring into mordor and trick sauron thinking that the ring is in gondor with pippin since he only knows a halfling has it, he cant sense where. In the books when someone puts the ring on im pretty sure he cant see them or sense them like in the movies, tho the wearer enters the ethereal realm so they would see the black riders for what they really are instead of just shapes in black cloth. The witch king would obliterate everyone if eowyn(he can only be killed by a woman and shows no respect in the books resulting in him dropping his guard, she would die from just striking him tho if it wasnt for aragorn being a true old men with the power to heal the witches curses. He dont die tho, his spirit just returns to the "witch castle"(forgot the name) wasnt at the battle field and if they went with eagles he would just fly to them and even gandalf stand no chance against the witch king of agamar. Alot of stuff ppl say like that shit with the eagles is cuz they saw the movies and never read the books. LoR is a masterpiece. The wierdest thing imo difference from book and movie is that aragorn dont take the sword when they come to riverdale first time, he gets it in the 3d movie. In the book he gets it immidietly and has it with him the whole journey. Guess they just wanted to make it cooler when the elves came to visit in the movies, but its still really wierd when u think about it. Leaving one of the most powerful weapons behind when u know ur probably on a suicide mission and will need it. /Nerd that read the books several times in different languages but likes english original the best.

Missed this one, nice to have this on the back burner for the weekend. You're really getting me hyped for the Old World now! I doubt I can convince my sister to pick it up too though.

Ahhh, Tomb kings, that's the stuff! I also love the different builds, I don't remember ever seeing so many Skull catapults or Greatbows at the same time :D

Screaming memes seem to do pretty well in dom, but it feels like they miss too many shots to be worthwhile in land battles. More or less the same issue with most artillery besides cathay pieces and deathshrieker. Realistically speaking they'll get maybe 4 volleys off before they either get compromised, or your fronline engages, which makes friendly fire an issue.

Another great stream. I loved seeing the Tomb Kings and the Green skins. A very nice change from all the demons. Can't wait to see your Old World channel. Looks like there is good third party support for conversion movement trays so I don't have to rebase my 8th edition armies. I've even see online batreps of people playing with their 8th edition armies on regular basis, but using the new rules.

Great stream as always, I do think it's funny you're talking about Green skins mixing it up when the winning player basically brought the same wide army as always but with more Boyz and less Prophet. Feels like the only way Aioba was winning that one was if he dived hard on the lord at the start and just tried to fear/terror his way to victory. Very On theme though for Greenskins, the enemy has big monsters and tough single fighters BUT YA GOT DA BOYZ BEHIND YA, COME ON LADZ! WAAAAAGH!!!

Darn hadn't seen the individual prices for old world, they are far too high! Can't see many noo-die hard players buying a full army at those prices.

Friendly reminder to people, you don't have to buy GW miniatures to play GW games. I sincerely recommend looking at 3d prints or 3rd party miniatures.

I still have no idea of why people think a Warhammer show would magically tunr good just in Cavill had creative control over it. From what i can find, the man has no experience as a creative director and his director talents begin and end with having directed Hamlet once. We havce no reason to believe that he's a good director, nor has he spoken much about his vision of Warhammer and whether it is a vision that would make for a good show or not, or even that people would enjoy.

you dont need a good directer to beat competition like the witcher blood origin or the halo tv series. You just need people in charge of production who respect the source material. Its a shame that seems to be impossible to get these days.

Hi Turin - just to lend a single voice to this notion, I'm hoping you commit to the plan to put tabletop videos on a separate channel. With no rancor towards anyone, I wouldn't be interested in that sort of content, and would prefer this channel to stay focused upon the videos you currently produce.
