I love Kiki. I subscribed to her channel a couple of years ago the first time I saw her. I am 67 and find her to be down to earth and practical. She always says NOT to keep it just about the skinny BUT about health and self love. That reminder is priceless! This is a fabulous interview. I'm certain that I'll watch it again!

Plantiful Kiki is our future, along with other younger generations who are committed to the wfpe lifestyle. Watching her as she elegantly matures as a woman, I see the next potential Victoria Moran. I get excited when I see our future, when I see the legacy of the elder plant based docs being heard by those far younger, however the younger generations are making it their own, as well, and I am appreciating their message and welcoming learning from them as well. Thank you for this wonderful convo, Plantiful Kiki and Chef AJ, two generations of dedicated spirits who do it their own unique way for the animals, for our health and our planet. 🙏🙏💟💟💪

What a wonderful interview. It was a pleasure to watch. I love Kiki, but i am 76 so I guess I’m not truly part of her demographic. I have all her books and I’m a faithful supporter of her recipes.

I like the fact that she acknowledges it is ok to occasional eat foods she should not be eating, because a diet that is too prohibitive can have a boomerang effect.

You both are so inspiring! I turned my Mom onto Kiki’s cheese sauce and for the first time this Thanksgiving, her broccoli cheese casserole will be entirely plant based! Thank you both for all the great WFPB cooking ideas. 🙏

I really like Kiki and can relate to her. I also love to buy whole food, plant based books and have built a small library of them recently as it provides the knowledge, inspiration and validation I need. I also love watching videos of my favorite people, Dr Mcdougall, Dr Barnard, Dr Greger, Chef AJ and many others for the same reason. Following one has lead me to so many others. I just subscribed to Kiki’s channel and I’m looking forward to more from her! By the way, I also have hypothyroidism and despite having normal levels with Synthroid, I am always cold and do not enjoy the cold months in New York. Thanks to everyone!

I love Kiki! I can watch ALL the WFPB proponents, but I am 66. When I need to refer someone younger (I’m looking at my DIL) I ALWAYS recommend they start with Kiki! She is so “approachable” and down to earth as well as beautiful. I just got the bundle - can’t wait to check it out!

I do get the restaurant idea but, here in the UK if you eat like that, you still land up paying a fortune for basic cooked food that you can make at hike for a fraction of the price. Its a huge dichotomy for me.

It is really hard to do all raw during winter if you live in a cold area. I can't take it. BRRRR -- I recall Alicia Silverstone saying that she quit being all raw and switched to a more macrobiotic type vegan diet when it was freezing cold in January in New York City and she was out in the snow desperately trying to find a mango. LOL!

Have nearly given up on the weight. Used to be so thin but now keep rebounding no matter what. Think it’s genetic resistance, maybe chemical exposure, and/or stress. Really don’t know. My mother would eat nothing and gain weight. It can seem hopeless, and for me dangerous with having had a hormone based cancer that can be worsened if fat. All the same, never know when something may work. Besides, even if the weight seems hopeless, the food can be …. « healthful, ethical, creative, and delicious « .

KZread used to give a down arrow to click on to get show notes. Now it gives the word more to click on. It first appears right below the video title in small lower case letters with 3 periods in front of it like this: ...more You will also see it again so contine to look for ...more and click on it until you see all that you are used to seeing. Hope that helps!

At the start with her saying she's the mom - right. I work with private families - big earners. When the kids have food allergies it is tough, even the non-allergy kids train the moms to bend to their every desire IF the mom lets it happen. My mom just made food and we ate. She was a good cook, so it was easy.
