Last Unclogging Adventure Before It Gets Really Cold
I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

@Anonymously987 my comment is not negative at all it's called having post 10s back from nasty trolls, something you obviously know nothing about with your comment, looks like your a bully enabler. If you look properly you will see the nasty comments aimed at post 10. I can't stand by and not say something when I see bullying!!

The topic alone is suspect and I can't seem to understand how anyone would formulate any negative opinion of post since he's polite and as respectful to the best of his ability. That said I've never seen negative comments ever since I don't usually care to look at comments 😅
Just popped in the comments to say I really appreciate you stopping (AND turning around) to not only admire the beauty that is nature, but sharing it with us.
You should release your driving commentary as podcasts because your chatting is so soothing. I need something to relax to. Talk to me about the scenery until i fall asleep please.
Can't wait to see what awaits us from you this Winter. Stay healthy, warm, and happy. Thanks for Posting 😊
You are a fascinating guy. I wear long sleeves at 72 degrees. I spent a lifetime in engine rooms on ships. Florida in the summer is the place for me. Looking forward to your channel this winter. I am there with you in spirit, but...Oh Hell No...to the kind of cold you enjoy.

Goes to show how much acclimatization matters - I don't usually use seat warmers until it's below 30 outside, and 80 out is the highest I'm generally comfortable with!
Love you! Thank you for your dedication and hard work in helping keep people safe on the roads, but also in educating others about the plants and animals in your neck of the woods. Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy!

You should keep a container of isopropyl alcohol wipes in your vehicle - that will remove the pine pitch/sap off your hands in no time 10:30

I hope someone doesn't arm beavers in time for Post season. Post 9 has already gone into hiding, just in case.
Hello again from Ga. I wished we had some1 like you here. I dont even live there and I appreciate you Post 10 because your amazing. If you dont get a video posted soon enough, I will watch tbem over and over because you explaine everything and thats way more than anyone else out there because people just dont care anymore. 😔 I thank you very much and for those that has nasty things to say, IF YOU CANT SOMETHING NICE, THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL! God bless you Post 10. We all love you, enjoy our adventures and the education. Take special care out there, because you are so brave, and may God continue blessing you and looking forward for your next videos🥰
I love “the big high boots”. Great job and excellent vlog. Thanks Post.
Here in Poland, the use of culvert pipes is almost unknown. Here, everything is handled with concrete culverts or small bridges. These differences are interesting to look at. Your videos are great to watch.
I selfishly demand: 1. Autumn foliage blockages (so post10 can unclog) 2. No beaver relocations (so post10 can unclog) 3. No excavator resolutions (so post10 can unclog) 4. No DOT interventions (so post10 can unclog) Happy unclogging 😊

Beavers, while great most of the time, can be devastating to ecosystems in the wrong place. They dam up a stream and wipes out a road in just a few months. Balance is a tricky thing
@willthomsen7569
7 ай бұрын
But we don’t care when they destroy ecosystems lol. We care when they threaten roads, farms, other property under ownership
I get so excited when i see a new one hour video from post! Time to settle in and enjoy the adventure!
You’ll have to revisit the cast-iron culverts, you spent a lot of time cleaning that one out, and then you showed us where the Beaver Lodge was, and you said you weren’t scared of the beavers, but then it jumped out at you. That one.
I think Post10 does more for the roads in New England than the departments of transportation. Preventing frost heaves in winter by lowering water levels, preventing washouts by beaver dams, alerting DOT to replace broken/rusted out drainage… we need a few dozen of this guy to go out and help fix infrastructure.

Problem I can see (from the info given in Post's videos) is that DOT's are surrounded by red tape, and lack of funding. I'm sure they'd love to do it, they just can't afford to pay people to do maintenance.

yeah DOT everywhere in this country is shit and understaffed.
Always neat to see the material clogging removed and the water flow increase on the other side.
here i am drinking a cup of hot coffee and watching post 10.
Wish you still unclogged those pipes. Even if it's pointless - it's really entertaining.
You have a good job, enjoy it. Some people are stuck in an office all day.
I haven't seen abusive comments, but it doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but there no reason for it here. He is a good guy. Doing a great thing. (Helping others) Does It out of the kindness of his heart. Nothing to complain about there. Just greatful that he shares it with us. If you don't like his channel, move on find something to complain about. Haters just gotta hate don't need it don't deserve it.
Riding along with you is wonderful! Your explanation of everything (including the description of stinky bubbles) is so so much appreciated! Thank you!
wow, I never considered that there would be such a thing as a portable church! It's nice that the spiritual needs of the workers have been considered though
I love this podcast. NATURE is so very beautiful. I am very grateful for his sharing it with us .
Post, watch out for those BULL FROGS 😊
Great video as always, Post - Thank you!
Thanks once again. If I don't see you this Winter have a GREAT Christmas. Best Wishes my friend Pete (Manchester UK).
Thank you for the video today. Appreciate the time involved making these. Always enjoyable to view. Enjoy the weekend ahead. Thank you 10! 😊
I see Culverts and instantly think post 10
Hi Post 10, one thing i learned for living out there, if you travel into woodland zones, you carry a spare fuel tank, set of tire chains, a 20ft of N0.70 ht chain with 2 hooks, cotter pins, and shackles. A 40 ft nylon strap 10k lb breaking strength with loops at each end. front with a portable rear winch, chain saw and make it a battery, battery charger, usb ports or even a 2k watt inverter for charging. and other smaller items. Never know when you need it but its there... I did this when i had my 1987 toyota sr5 king cab, it was nice. your truck can do and carry a lot.
Hello friend. Just wanted to give a tip on pine sap. If you keep you some alcohol n your truck, use it to get it off. Works wonders in a time of need. Thank you so much for taking us along with you. Always enjoy the adventures. Love getting away from south of Ga for a few mins. Lol. I'm like some of the others. Looking forward to another winter camping trip and yes! I'm still requesting a snowman. Stay safe out there and God bless😊
I agree with @SpaceCop Can't wait to see what is next. I would love to see earlier work you did. Wow I just logged on for the evening and you just posted this today. I will watch over again the unclogging videos. Thank you sir.
I love you post10 but could you please make longer blockage removable videos. I was sad not to see any longer uncloggings in this video. Hopefully next time ❤

Cool wooden bridge! Love checking out the scenery with you.
I cannot wait to see how the beavers regroup, my good sir. Stay safe, warm, and cozy. Your legions are many.
Thank you for sharing your videos and updates this year. Ive been catching up on them as I only found your channel this year. I find them informative and interesting. I was glad you got out at the bridge as that is quite a sight to behold. I would be nervous of driving over that. Shows also how remote and isolated the area is. Hope you feel better soon as sounds like you are coming down with a cold. Take care and will look forward to next seasons unclogging 😊
I love your videos. I have learned so much from watching you. How have you learned so much about all these things. I wish all you tube people would be as educational like you. Can’t wait for your winter videos
When im tired of all the drama on KZread i get on here and watch you. I have always liked to play in the rain.

The Tank Culverts!!!! YAY!!!! I was gonna ask you about those, they're my fave culvert vids.
WOW the birchs sooooo beautiful. So beautiful road.
I always feel I’m in the car seeing all thank you so relaxing❤❤❤
Post ten thanks for sharing your journey appreciate it very much Best wishes and happy 😁 holidays everyone 👍👍👍✅
Yo post. I enjoyed this video. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
It's amazing how the seasons change and the ecology adapts. Here on Kangaroo Island the long dry summer has already arrived, all the grass has browned off and the everything is crackly dry and dusty. Our eucalypts stay vibrant green all year round, of course. We are in a fire a dry summer with a high fire danger.
Very beautiful scenery post. Can't wait for winter camping video's.
Peanut butter is awesome for removing Pine sap just rub it in your hands for a while and wash it off works perfectly.

Peanut butter can be a better snack than candy and chips too. I hope your energy gets better. The waning daylight and turning back the clock can be jarring. Please take care of yourself and take your fermented foods. I don't want to not see more posts Post 10. 😎G
I love your channels and keep doing you. Your very informative and your knowledge of many things is amazing! I really love your unclogging videos! Keep up the great work and never mind those negative comments.
Beautiful stand of tamarack. We have quite a bit up near the cabin in Roscommon County Michigan
Love you post!
Great video Post .
Keep up the good work love watching you on KZread god bless
New viewer. Love your knowledge and enthusiasm and your appreciation of nature.
Hi Postie! I know its been a few weeks since you posted this video up. I love to let a few weeks of videos pile up just so I can binge watch all of them! I hope you are having a great pre winter in your area. ❤❤
I love all the fall colors. Driving among all those trees on a desolate dirt road is very appealing to me.
I really love the educational part of it all
Love watching these videos no what time of year it is
Have a nice wintersleep and see you next year !
Post 10 you doing a great job

It was Sasquatch for sure!
Post 10 please keep being you and I love watching these videos you post just remember your awesome and just ignore the haters that are out there 💕💕
Well, that unclogging bonanza was perhaps a little bit more limited than the title promises. 😉
You're a true Horsefighter!!!❤❤❤❤
Enjoyed watching the video video Post 1110 😊
Have you ever tried or considered using "bush fire equipment"? Pump that draws from the Beaver pond that pumps into a fire hose nozzle and blast those internal blockages from the discharge end? Bust up the mud enough to make it safe to get inside the pipe a couple of hours later? Maybe the logging company has one that you can use?
No, but that beaver dam at 9:09 is a work of art.
Beautiful video.
24:30 yay you’re back at the double culvert. I like this one too. It’s too bad it wasn’t clogged so you can work on it. I remember before when you filmed here I think 2 years ago and there was a massive unclogging.
Thank you, oñce again,
I live in the south hemisphere, so it's summer now and winter over there I have seasonal affective disorder (from winter), but a small part of me is looking forward to all the unclogging and nature videos you might post when it's winter here c:
I’m looking forward to the winter videos
Dude is out there stirring up the dirty bubble
Your work, dedication and knowledge is incredible. I have been following you since you started the channel and over time I have seen that there have multiple people coming up on KZread trying to copy what you do but none of them have been as good and the only reason is that they're not as passionate about the whole ecosystem as you. Keep at it man, you give peace to my mind. Love from Pakistan.

I think I've learned more about the DoT and road/drainage maintenance by watching your channel than I could from going to the DoT's website! 😅
Wow pretty cool video. It’s like 80° here. We’re just getting into our summer now. Well it’s winter but it’s actually summer temperatures.
Cool thx ❤
What if we found out this dude works a corporate job at like Microsoft and he’s taking suuuuuuper long lunch breaks.
Winter camping videos. Yes pls
You know I kinda like the northern nature, its calm beauty, it’s gorgeous silence, though I feel more like a southerner at heart myself. Palms are great , no doubt, but you can’t deny the charm of the north.
