The music for the drunk-and the one for the crows-what a match -makes it even funnier

Yes, it's the "Four and twenty blackbirds" line taken from the English nursery rhyme "Sing a Song of Sixpence". Credit to the fantastic, Ronald Hazlehurst (13 March 1928 - 1 October 2007) who I understand wrote all the instrumental music for the show.

These shows have top notch writing. Wonderful really.
BRILLIANT story telling. Hilarious one liners. The way it builds to a climax. Thank you! No other nation makes sitcoms like this.

Sarah Thomas beautiful and I miss this comedy xx
These are all funny-but I vote this the funniest-LOL funny-Brits are geniuses with comedy
I so enjoy the Bobby’s. They are always perfect.
We all should be able to get in that much mischief. At that age.
BEAUTIFUL scenery. The landscape where this is filmed in Yorkshire, England, is beautiful and inviting. I wonder what cost would be to travel there. Any one know? I just found out there was a First of Summer's Wine that centered around these men about WW2. Also, Roy Clark produced it. I'm going to watch it.
I think Auntie Wainwright must have the Tardis in 'the back' for the amount of stuff that comes out of there😁
I've been watching on PBS and now you tube for the last 30ty years now I set the timer on my TV bring up Summer Wine and try to doze off.
Thank you from Charlotte nc jay GOD BLESS YOU WITH BEST IN THE WORLD, my family love this show, 🙉

"I think I've found pocket...?" Says Entwhistle. "WRONG!" Replies Alvin. Brilliant!
One of fav episodes 😂😂😂😂
Great Stuff, too funny!
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view!" Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam." Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!" Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
Too much fun! Time to go to the pub!
Kato will live forever
Thank you.
This would have been fun back when I was in my teens or early 20's, I was a lot more flexible then.
Love it
Hilarious comedy.🐒
I don't think there's anything auntie wainrite doesn't have to sell lol
Hahaha! Hilarious!
The only thing I don't like about the "Last Of The Summer Wine," is the cropped scenes they removed about 1/5th of the margins.
very good program
None of them had children, even Barry and Glenda
barry is . . . hot glenda!
To bad they didn't bring a set of loppers and a machete.

Best years were 1973-1985 BEFORE Clark started adding more and more characters. Also, is they ANY episode where that greedy old goblin gets her just deserts, as in failing to make a sale, or lose money? I REALLY want to see that happen.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😂😂😂😂☺👏👏👏😘
It must be especially difficult in England to drive on the wrong side of the road when you're drunk.I think it would make a bloke nauseated, crow or no crow.
