I’ve watched this show so many times they are like old friends. Love them all.

I watch this show every night. I love how no violence no sex and just fun to watch. I have seen every show thirty times and still watch it every night!

With all the badness that's happening in this country, I can watch this light hearted series and it takes you away from reality

And the genius actors and actresses who make this story come alive. I discovered it recently and have been binge watching ever since. I even fall asleep to a playlist of it and wake up happy in the morning, because of all the happy laughing in it and from the audience :)

What a cast- PBS had this show on for years. The memories!!🍻🍻❣️

I always enjoyed Compo’s antics. He was a great character actor.

Compo was my favourite male and Nora batty was my favourite female r.I.p to all the cast

I love how Nora look at Wally for an instant and how she went looking for him. "That one of mine-I don't like him going far without his thick wooly on." Sweet!

This reminds me of Sunday evenings before going to bed and the horrible thoughts of School in the morning. It's a British TV institution. Always clean old fashion humour and brilliant acting.

This is easily one of my top 5 favourite Summer Wine episodes ever.

I loved all these shows.somw of them I laughed till I cried..they were a good bunch of actors

Wally has the most adorable face & smile. Loved how Nora looked at him with love & even went looking for him. So sweeeeet. 🥰🥰. Love when these hard / tough ladies show their soft side time to time,, so sweet n endearing. 😁🥰. Especially in the episode where Pearl grabs Howard n gives him a kiss. I was amazed to see that. 😃😁

Watching the episode reminded me of my mother's driving. I think from memory, she failed the test 7 times too. I once sat in the back of the car when she was learning. She was told to drive straight on at the roundabout. She did, straight on over the roundabout and through a flower bed. After that I never went on a lesson with her again. My nerves couldn't stand it.

Alexi Sayle was never in this the actor who was fixing the table is called Jonathan Lynsley who went on to e in the Pirates of the Caribbean films

My favourite three compo bounces of Seymour beautifully and cleggy the perfect sarcastic whit definitely one of my favourites plus edie driving poor Wesley very much missed in later episodes what a foil with his crash helmet on pure genius.

Never stop watching them very funny and mist them dearley.

My funniest memories of last of the summer wine was when Cleggy had to drive the car the triumph when he had to drive it and Seymour said to Cleggy congratulations you are the only one who makes my sister Edie look good he he he 😂

Peter Sallis was Wallace. Peter Sellars was a totally different person

I couldn't watch parts of that .... for laughing and crying at the same time. He, to think they used to have decent programmes like that on the Telly compared to the utter dross they serve up now.
