If this happened. They lied to you. Casino's can't ban you for winning too much, there needs to be a valid reason for the trespassing to occur. Get the security footage & go talk to an attorney. If this kind of situation ever happens to you, record the entire incident.

There is a woman who currently has a lawsuit out against Motorcity because she hit for over 100k on the slot machine and they said they can't pay her because she was banned a year ago. So she was like how was I banned but gambling for a whole year and they were taking my money for a whole year but soon as I hit, I was banned and have to be escorted out. This is why I don't gamble at all when I go there. Just a few drinks, chill and then leave.

A casino kicking someone out while playing craps is absurd. Blocking them from sports bets, or not allowing them to play blackjack is fairly common. But there's no way to get an advantage at craps, the math works in the casino's favor no matter what.

I use to work valet then transferred to surveillance of a casino...if someone is putting big money down and they're winning big over a certain amount of time they will find any and all reasons to get you up outta there...all that rewards card stuff is just their own way to make the customer feel good about what '"status"they have and to keep track of your activity... When they say the house always wins they mean that ish by all means...

This why I don’t do casinos , the scenery is cool but I’m never gambling, sh** overrated..

At that point, they have to explain to the judge and or jury WHY they asked him to leave and why he was banned from visiting the establishment going forward. The refusal of service has to be clearly understandable by all reasonable people that patronize the business. Just banning him because they felt like it is a violation of Federal Civil Rights laws. There is such a thing as Lawful Discrimination. That means. Business can legally refuse service for violation of their rules, abuse of staff, bringing pets to the location, safety violations like bringing weapons etc. But it was never explained why they were banning him.
