It IS weird. Maybe she felt comfortable enough and that’s why but yes, it is weird. It’s weird for the same reason women always go to the bathroom together when they’re out drinking. Men don’t do that. Why? So they don’t get taken advantage of or overpowered. Why do women feel scared walking alone at night and men don’t? Men and women are built differently. And let’s be honest, mostly men are into fishing and stuff. Not saying that women can’t be. Men just happen to have more of an interest in it and therefore, probably know more or are more equipped. They too should at least have another adult and sometimes men just overestimate their abilities. So of course no ones going to ask that question about a father and son.

Going swimming is way different then staying on a boat and fishing. The fact that this happened only supports the argument of having another adult especially in such a large body of water. If she was in distress in the water someone would be there to help her.

My boyfriend went through a very similar situation as a child & his father passed away. When we started dating, I asked him if he felt uncomfortable being around water. He said that he decided not to let that traumatic experience make him stop enjoying something he loved so much & overcame his fear not too long after it happened. Still is a mystery though the way she arrived, 1st maybe she knew that the day was gonna be not as many people because we know that she love going there once in a while. 2nd why didn't she carried a phone 3rd if her son was swimming how did is it that her son was put up in boat with a life vest on N she didn't have one ON. There’s plenty of times a celebrity has died and no one talked about conspiracies! This does some odd, like how did the boat get so far that she literally died because by the time she swam back to it she was just too tired and just drowned?! It just doesn’t make any sense at all to me or where they’re getting those details about her last moments because I’ve heard what her son said and he never said anything about the boat drifting off and having to get back to it so where the hell are they getting that from? I wonder if they thought we wouldn’t question things since they painted her as dying as a hero to save her son, I mean we all want to believe that over her being hurt etc so we will just take that story without questioning it at all? But that’s not how I think. Something isn’t making sense, and that usually means if it doesn’t make sense then there’s more to the story..

I agree that’s what I was looking at plus there is no high point in this parking lot where the camera could have been this camera was set up for some reason and the parking spot is weird she parked far from the thing when there was no one in the parking lot and she parked it so it would be right on the camera as if it was going to be used as "proof"that nothing was sketchy and that it was an accident her death is scketchu and I hope we find out the thruth soon

@@miahoran2914 The Lake Store building is right above the parking lot. I am sure this footage was shot from that location. I also think it's probably pretty common at boat ramps for people to park far out to make room for vehicles towing boat trailers. I know I do just to decrease the chances my truck will be hit by some inexperienced driver trying to move a boat for the first time. Plus, with Covid going on and her being a lone woman with a small child there are plenty of reasons for her to want to park her car out away from others vehicles just to be safe.

Anyone else see shortly after the 4:00 mark there’s a small dark shadow that passes over her car and disappears, (from right to left) and shortly after another shadow (from left to right) comes from the left of her driver side and moves right quickly. I’m trying to see if it’s birds flying but there is something weird about those shadows. Poor thing. Just heartbreaking for such a young mama and her precious little one. 🙏🏽

Is there any possibility that the boat wasn't anchored and she jumped in for a quick swim and was not a strong enough swimmer to get back to the boat? I know there are two rumours that 1. She and her son swam and she lifted him back into the boat and then she just 'disappeared.' That just sounds weird. The CNN version where her son says she jumped in the water and he never saw her again sounds more plausible. Really tragic. It’s a big lake. The camera probably only covers the docks. They’re there a security measure for the boats, not for monitoring people on the lake. Her accident didn’t happen in the part of the lake covered by the camera.

She seems very annoyed with her son. I agree her hands are full and perhaps she couldn't hold his, but she walks noticeably ahead of him as if he isn't even there. I don't think she appears frightened at all. I think she appears to be pissed. Maybe he was tired or unhappy on the way to the lake, and she had had enough. If you're concerned for your safety, would you just leave a small child toggling 8 feet behind you?

There's actually another footage with this woman speaking in Spanish about the situation and she would zoom in and according to that woman, she alleges that she got into an altercation with the guy in the black shirt and it looks as if he attacked her or got on top of her or something. I don't believe this to be an accident. The way she parked her car, the distance and it seems like they cut some parts off this video as if they're hiding something. Idk this is all too weird to me. I’m a video editor and I can tell you for free this footage has 100% been edited clear cuts throughout the video seems there trying to minimise the identity of one of the men at the dock not sure why though but from my expertise at every angle we’re he appears you see clear cuts and distortion if you zoom in on the man at 1:04 you see the clear distortion and edit very weird.

Someone was after her and she saved her son by putting him on that boat, the caption on her last photo was “Just the two of us” ...Listen to the song “Just the two of us” by Eminem. He talks about killing his wife. He literally talks about drowning her in a river Edit: I say this because she probably knew something she shouldn’t have known about some powerful people in the industry (Naya’s ex was involved in a child pornography scandal) ...I’m not stupid. All I’m saying is that they still haven’t found her body yet and there’s been ALOT of mysterious deaths this year alone involving Police and higher ups. Think about Kobe Bryant and his daughter who died in a Helicopter crash this year, how there were cartoons almost predicting his death from years before. Then he dies with his daughter on the SAME night of the Grammy’s and they already had tributes set up and everything... Think about how Whitney Houston and her daughter Bobbi Christina died almost the same exact way in the bath tub. Then Bobbi’s bf ends up dead years later, body dumped at a hospital by “friends” who left him there to die.... Don’t eat up everything the media and Police reports feed you, they’re normal people just like us. They get paid and/or threatened to say what they say. She literally looks like a normal mom. She doesn’t slam the door neither or at least from what I can tell. If you slam a door you swing your body into it to thrust in anger, yknow like a punch. She just seems to close the doors like I would. She lets her son climb out the car rather than pull him out too, not showing any sign of a rush, there’s no panic. Only weird aspect is the way she parked the car but i suppose you wouldn’t bother that much if you are wealthy and there’s only 3 other cars around. Nothing is standing out. People are too eager to form conspiracy theories but based on that footage nothing seems out of the ordinary. Only questionable aspect is how she managed to drown in a lake like that. You wouldnt dive down in water with low visibility surely

Daquan Nieves and listen the same title song by Will Smith... talks about how much he loves his kid and will make sure he has the best life. No need to dig in and try to find cryptic answers. It’s most likely an accident. If it was indeed suicide then I can’t see why she’d bring her kid along, unless she planned on a suicide/murder which is horrific and then just bailed last minute and couldn’t do it. She could’ve easily dropped her kid with a nanny or family if she intended on taking her life. No chance she meant to die, again, unless she was planning on taking her 4 year old with her. Which is unspeakable I know... but just a thought.

I think this was a suicide, i think she waited her son to fall asleep and she started the suicide think. I think she knows he never remember her face,voice and the thinks she did to him again after a year. With him years is impossible to know the feeling to loose the mum.

Its amazing how cameras are always crystal clear and available when there is no foul play involved... Had it been a suspected kidnapping or murder in the same place, the "cameras weren't operational" would have been the story... In either event this is terrible, but thank god the baby is ok.

Something doesn't feel right. Some red flags I noticed are how she parks, the way she walks ahead of her son, and how her son is the only witness, no one else. Beside all the theory's I think this whole situation is very sad and it had me crying. Also, is Glee cursed?

I was thinking the same. Even though my 3kids know how to swim, I will never let my 7years old and my 4year old walk by themselves. I will be holding their hand and my 10years old will be in front of me. Call me scary cat but no I will never do that. So so sad this situation.. praying for her family .🙏🏼

Exactly anything can happen in a second. I watch my 9 old like a hawk when he is near our pool. I just don't understand what she was thinking maybe she was distracted. Something doesn't add up.

The saddest thing of all are the news/media outlets that are clamoring to be the *FIRST* to break the story of what happened to her, that's all they real care about anyway! Hate this part of our missing humanity!

I think we are losing it with blaming the media for everything while it is doing a good job of informing us, without the media we would have never known lot of things. Media is not miracle worker, of course it is a race to find what happened to this woman and in cases like this most of the time it is those journalists who expose the truth . It is the media that has always been in people's side and have exposed many hidden truth in history. It is because of media that we know about this story..

SOMETIMES... people with nice cars park further away and crooked, so no one parks next to their car and damage it. If she was drunk or high and with child, I don't see anyone renting a boat to her.

There's something wrong with this scenario. She had to be under the influence of something because of the way she parked, and she didn't even turn around to check on her son going to the dock. Also, what possessed her to be the only adult on this boating trip? I see red flags everywhere.

I was waiting for her to hold her sons hand. She didn't. That's a huge red flag. As a Dad/Parent. It comes naturally to hold your kids hand next to a huge pile of open water. I even paid attention to the "random" people around there, and in and out of the boat in the middle to the right. Someone was walking with them for a while before the glitch and then leaves in the cart, but another individual can be seen walking to the middle

I don't want to think that this was a murder-suicide situation, but at the last minute she couldn't bring herself to harm her son yet she took her own life. Maybe she gave him something to sleep to make it easier, but then backed out on the plan, left him sleeping thinking he would be found . Just a thought.

I just replied something similar before I read your comment. While it is horrible to even consider, I agree with you. The ONLY reason she would bring her child if she had planned to die this day would be if she was planning on ending both their lives. Makes no sense to intentionally leave him alone out on the boat. I’m with you though, if it was indeed suicide, I’m betting she had a more grim plan in mind for her kid, why I have no idea. Is there dispute with the father or family? If so that could make sense ima horrific way. Either this was a tragic freak accident or she couldn’t bring herself to take her child’s life and left him there with this PFD on. Hard to even consider but makes most sense.

I found that weird as well...why didn't she park closer and why did she park randomly like that? And...to be truthful...that lake doesn't look especiallly inviting neither. I would NEVER go out on my own on a lake that has notoriously strong currents and take a small child with me...but as we've said..accidents do happen. Very sad.

That lake looks creepy... Something that's out of Friday the 13th. I'm not sure why anybody would want to swim in there.

There is something really strange with those two guys. If you zoom in it seems like they were approaching a lot in the boat , then the guy runs out after the kiddo leave the boat plus he runs and grabs something from the tent . Plus the way the boat took of was really strange!!!!

Someone said this was a place she frequented alot, so she probably had a license to drive a boat. She lived an affluent life style as an actress so boating is something rich people enjoy.

I'm from Florida it's not that unheard of for experienced boaters or someone familiar with the area to take a boat out by themselves. She probably felt safe boating there.

Sadly she said in a cryptic message (and there is a now eerie video in a bath tub going underwater )4 months ago gravity was pulling her under water and she struggled to breath. It was an orchestrated suicide. I'm full of joy she let her son live and knowing the rented boat would need to be accounted for by end of day. She did jump in yes. ..then she let the current take her life. She seemed very depressed and like the type of person that would want this mysterious ending. It looked like she was carrying something heavy maybe she used it to weigh her down into the deepest part of the water she was very thin? Or she is stuck in the debris. Or both. She is DEFINATELY dead. No foul play on anyone else's part in my honest opinion. If I offend you sorry and I hope I'm wrong.

Could be she wanted to face the lake directly.

It’s strange how she pulls in correctly only to pull forward, back up and park incorrectly. Also strange is why she parked so far away when there were plenty of parking near the dock entrance, front and center. I personally do not think it was suicide in any way because she would not do that to her child by putting him in danger. She could have slipped and hit her head on the boat but if the boat was found near land, then I feel she was probably taken by an alligator.

I too noticed the parking job, maybe she was disoriented. Letting her little boy walked kind of far from her, seems she was distancing herself from him. I think most moms would hold hands or at least wait for the kid at a closer proximity 🤷🏽‍♀️

I think she parked that way because no one was there and she just didn’t care about how she parked. I do the same thing in empty parking lots. & as far as her parking far from the dock, there’s nothing off about it. She just happened to park far from the dock. No biggie.

so many things that could have happened, could’ve been bite, drowned, suicide, the last song post she had posted was a sign, water pulling her under, so much things..but guess what only her and god know what happened 100% rest in peace🙏🏽❤️.

Is it just me or was that a really strange way to park that car? It's also odd that she didn't hold her kid's arm and kept walking with long strides. She seems to be in a hurry. I hope she is found soon and is safe too - feel so bad for her little boy.

when it comes to cases like this you have to look and overanalyze every detail to try and find an answer. until they find her safe we don't know what happened. even if they find a body we don't know what happened so they only way to try and figure it out is by overanalyzing

I agree. The way she parked was not normal. Along with so far away. She didn’t walk close to her son. It looks to me she was not in a good mind set. Idk why? It could be depression or anything? I would not go out there with only my child. This don’t feel good or right in any way

This doesn't sit right with me at all. Can I see some footage of her previous visits to this dock because this behavior seems off? Also, what is she and her son carrying? It doesn't look like a cooler full of drinks, a picnic basket, or a couple of towels. They both appear to be holding strange, heavy objects. These boats have ladders that are partially submerged in the water, which makes it very easy to get back on the boat. Drowning people fight for their lives they don't just drift down into the water. Unless she just couldn't make it back around to the ladder and she had to help her son up from the side. That also doesn't make sense because her son was probably floating just fine with his life jacket. This just feels wrong and perhaps a great example of just how dim the authorities think we are. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to see that this doesn't add up.

EXACTLY!!! He had a life vest on which would have helped hold her up as well I do not understand how she was too exhausted to get back on the boat when the dang stairs go into the water and are very easy to access! Plus, why do they think the boat just floated away and Naya just didn’t notice it until it was so far that she would die from exhaustion before she could get back in the boat? Certainly when swimming they would have stayed pretty close to that boat! So she would have noticed if it started drifting away and she would have been right on top of that! This wasn’t her first freaking rodeo!! She LOVED water and swam a ton and was very very healthy physically wise I just don’t see how she could get her son back on the boat but not herself? It makes ZERO sense! She would have fought with everything in her so her son wasn’t left alone out there on that boat! Maybe this was some freak accident who knows, they happen alllll the time! People do drown in lakes/rivers/oceans ALL the time so maybe that’s what happened to her. But I don’t get where they’re getting this whole story from that the boat drifted a far ways away and by the time she got her and her son back to it she only had the energy left to lift him onto the boat and then she just sank back down into the water and died because her son told them from day one what he had seen and they never said anything about the boat drifting away etc.. did her son talk more since the first time? And he’s 4, he doesn’t even understand death or drowning or murder.. I don’t see them getting a ton out of him no matter how smart he is. I pray this was just a freak accident and no one hurt her but idk something just isn’t sitting right with me with the current story.

Ugh, this whole situation was heartbreaking. Very sad, im heartbroken for her little boy and family.

I'm so confused about the bag situation... yesterday I heard from some news that they discovered it was Naya Rivera because they found her belongings in the car, someone asked how would she rent a boat without her ID and money/card? So I was expecting her to bring her bag back to the car. But now that I watch this footage I realize that not only did she not bring her bag back to the car, but that they took with them a dark colored backpack and a big white bag for her and a smaller white bag for the Josey. Did she have multiple IDs, on her and in the car? Did she disappear with the bags? Did the investigators find the bags on the boat and probably didn't find anything suspicious? This is what I don't like about the media! Everybody changes the story's details and then nothing adds up and everyone ends up more confused and worried!

Maria Jose Céspedes Thats why folks need to chill & wait a couple weeks until the investigation has had a little time to figure things out. They’ll need to call people, track her movements for the day & try to establish her state of mind at the time. That can’t all be done in two days. Also, California goes through rain/drought cycles. A lake that’s 75 ft deep today could well have been 125 ft deep 5 years ago. I went back to Lake Shasta in NorCal about 5 years ago & I hadn’t been there in many years. Well, the lake had dropped a good 80-100 ft during that drought. What was a very deep lake 30 years ago wasn’t nearly as deep when I was there. Now, it may have recovered it’s previous depth by now, I don’t know. The point is, things are complicated & shit takes time to figure out. That doesn’t mean people are being deceitful or there’s a conspiracy going on. It could simply mean that they haven’t gotten a return call from a key witness. Just relax, everyone.

I think it all adds up to something very strange. The way she was walking so quickly and making her young son follow her. Do you have any children? Because I do (one is also 4) and I always hold his hand in a parking lot and go slowly at his own pace. This is not adding up; something was wrong or else she is just a bad mother, IMO, to be making her poor son try to catch up with her like that and not seeming to care about him at all when there was no reason not to just slow down and hold his hand like most mothers would do.

This so sad , so glad she was able to save her son and someone found him in time .

I cry every time I see this. It breaks my heart that her son lost his mother at such a young age. I feel very sorry for Naya's friends and family. I've made so many tributes to her and I don't think I will ever recover from her leaving us. I'm just going to be honest and say that I think Naya's death is one of the saddest things I've had to go through in my life. I really wanted her to be found alive during her search, but may she rest in peace. Her death is the reason I regret listening to both Glee versions of Keep Holding On, and I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. She will be remembered forever. (1987-2020)

You know what's sad is that Harry and Heather are the only ones who have expressed anything for Naya from Glee. The cast should deserve an award for how good their acting is with everyone cause they clearly hated working with each other

Red flags from the beginning... 1. She pulls up and parks as if the lot is packed when its clearly empty. 2. Whatever's in that bag was heavy as fuck... 3. Where are the other cameras, and footage??? 4. Guy with 🐕 seen walking away from the area her and the child went into... 5. Once she and the child enter the dwelling, guy with 🐕 goes straight to the golf and disappear from camera view... 6. Then unknown person is captured RUNNING towards the place where the victim and child entered, and then quickly returning preceding two different unknown people who enter second golf cart and disappear from camera view

I’ve been terrified that I would die at the age of 33(super long story), anyways. I turned 33 on freaking July 7th(I was born in 1987, same as Naya)the DAY she dies at the freaking age of 33 😨 I can’t even believe this right now, my heart still hurts for the Bryant family and their HUGE loss(plus the others on that plane😭)and then this. She would not do that knowing he’d be on that boat alone for who knows how long!! It’s just ridiculous and sickening and just plain cruel and people really need to stop!!!! This was either a horrible freak accident or someone hurt her, but she did not do this to herself!!! Not in front of and while with her baby boy.

Who gets into the water for a swim and leaves a 4yr old on the boat alone? That by itself seems incredibly unsafe! Why did she only go with a 4yr old on a pontoon boat? Something seems premeditated here...

She was swimming with him and they were getting back on the boat. Maybe she wanted some time with just her son it’s not that strange when I was younger my mom took me to the lake a few times alone to talk and bond more

@@purple_tokki It is conflicting, she may have wanted a fun day out with the son but she is disconnected from him, parking so far away from pier and walking 10 steps ahead of him on the road and pier. Apart from the fact she's take the boy out in the middle of the lake and jumped in the water to swim with no regard for his life. He's lucky to be alive. Unfortunately she's taken alot of unnecessary risks for some reason.

@@purple_tokki this is what the police say... we can't know the reality. And how the boat started to go if she was swimming and he was sleeping? I don't think a person start swimming when the boat is going.
