Jessica please get tested for pernicious anaemia as well as iron deficiency anaemia. It is a b12 deficiency which needs 12 weekly or 8 weekly injections for life as people like me and possibly you can suddenly not be able to absorb b12 through diet due to an enzyme that can suddenly disappear from the stomach. I had a red blood cell count of just over 2. A classic symptom is a creamy colour skin.

I definitely want to have a Spain inspired meal with the tomato bread and potatoes! Like, my soul wants those foods at this point.🤤

Actually, that "tapa" of bread with tomate is only typical in the zone of Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia... but it is very common that the bars and restaurants give you one tapa when they give you the drinks. I hope you enjoy the trip!

I feel being so tired at the end of a trip. When I went to Spain, at the airport when I was supposed to go home, we were told the airplane never arrived, so we were delayed a day. And even though the airlines was so good, arranged for a hotel, a shuttle to and from the hotel, and gave us vouchers for three meals, we were just so tired that even though we loved our time in Spain, we were disappointed we had to spend an extra day, for free, instead of getting to go home.

Only old fogies eat at 7pm ! That would be me, I am an old fogie. And are "Angry Eggs" from "Angry Birds" ?

Bad octupus, not well prepared... yes very chewy. But the good one is delicious.

I want to travel to Europe so much but I am disabled and terrified of “the unknown” aspect. If everything goes smoothly, fine… but there are so many things that could happen. 😬

I struggled with anemia as well. I realized I am someone who has to eat a “farmers diet” red meat, starch, veggies. It was strange because I was so adamant about being vegan but my body just didn’t like it. So I eat meat again and it has helped tremendously.

I dont think hot dogs are better than natural pig noses 😅

I love the way Bailey is up for any new food. (If that isn't entirely true please do not spoil the illusion.)
