I kind of feel bad for Gypsy. She never looks comfortable. Always seems worried or bothered by something.

I like watching and observing just how different they all are from one another. I don't think they'd be as interesting to me if they all acted and behaved the same. It seems to me that kidnapping is a necessary evil for these young monkeys as it appears to have made Bessy a bit more confident. I'm sure if monkeys were as judgemental as us humans they'd have a whole lot to say about us and mostly not good.J/K 😁 Thanks again Arroz for sharing their lives with us.

I agree I often think there's actually more to this kidnapping than meets the eye. Dy could actually work in the disciplinary arm of the troop !

...in this section of vids... *...Stumpy... i remember how scruffy and unkept he looked when homeless... ...now his coat is thick and well groomed... he looks so good... ...as for our 2016 boys... i've been hoping to see them play at the hiding place pool... ...but...at least we got to see them play at the little tree pond... ...Knotty...when he has children... he'll probably be like the father who was carefully watching over his new born... (can't remember who he was..nor the baby)...but was so novel to see a father interact so... it was heartwarming... *...once again Thank You Arroz for all the time and care with this project... ...(..and you sure did spoof me with the dog and Mr. Buff... LOL...)

Hey Arroz, note to self, just because baby is hungry does not mean mother has milk. Milk is made in cycles and at first I thought that these babies could smell milk when their mothers had some, like human babies do, but guess not?

by making friends, form allies and having lots of kids, preferably female as only daughters will stay, boys will leave or ousted once they are about 5-6 yrs old.

Knitty can not even be free enough to play in a tree FFS. I'm sure I have a very unpopular opinion but... I hope people at least see Gypsy tries. She tried to get him back in the last video numerous times. The problems are very easy to see. Being the very last Monkey on the bottom slot, with many Monkeys above who can kick your bum and harm your baby must be hard. She's outweighed and outnumbered. "aunts" some I find to just be greedy wanna be Mommies. If they were to be watched by Gypsy's wishes they would be playing and watched. Not confiscated and jailed. She is not allowed to eat or even sit in the sun on a beautiful day as pointed out by Arroz previously. Watching them all stuff their pouches to breaking point while she sat alone not daring to eat a thing, still sticks in my mind. I think these greedy females take both of her babies constantly during their newborn and small baby times. They continue to bully her to make sure they get them back. To deal with that, I believe Gypsy she had to detach from her babies a bit. And I think she has a form of OCD. Pulling out hair and eating the root of the hair, it's one humans suffer from too. At more stressful times as she has large sections that are bald on her arms and she eats the ends. Even when Knitty was born she took his fur. The birth plus knowing surely, she had to know what was to come, must've been stressful. I also believe she would leave the area when they took him as seeing her would make them more upset. And sometimes she just plain gave up and gave in. Let it all happen because the fight wasn't worth it, it ended the same anyway. Even Bossy's baby was taken. At the end of the day it's her who feeds them, who got them through harsh winters and lean times. Through cold snaps that babies including one of Reddys couldn't get through. She still has to wean them as well. Having to push them away while trying to keep a waiting monkey from grabbing him. Allowing them freedom to play while there is a big ugly Monkey waiting to snatch him out of his fun and run a tree. She can't do anything about. She has issues and I'm sure her life has not been easy but I can't point her as a bad Mother. I think she is a victim of circumstance which changes her behavior and her reaction to stress. These females, some with children of their own, still, took a large part of something very precious. Motherhood. TWICE.

I have learned a lot since finding you so I'm sure a good lot of what I have said in my earlier days miss the mark in reality but I'm grateful to you for giving me the opportunity to be here and learn.
