The Panda is Nanaya who is Miyako's sensei/master when it comes to her skills as a martial artist. In fact you can see the Kanji for the name Nanaya (七夜) on the back of the Panda's costume.

shiki's last arc has a lot more impact when you understand the lore as to why its a 17 hit combo specifically.

@@RiatsuNoYomi Nanaya's Impulse basically going wild when he first saw Arcueid (basically impulse to kill non human, and Arcueid is true ancestor). It kinda become something that ties Arc to Shiki. also, in kagetso tohya, in one dreams Brunestud cut Shiki into 18 pieces or something just to one up him.

The moment I heard Nanaya’s voice and moveset as a panda, Miyako’s Last Arc was an instant 10/10

They replaced Hisui's Hypno finger, with the running gag. The sword is Makihisa Tohno's demonic blade, and she in a trance whenever she gets a hold of it. in game, the sword was thrown by Shiki, she was so fast, that she had time to nuzzle the sword while cutting you, then Akiha had to come in a kick her off the sword.

Miyako's Last Arc when from being a 1/10 in BLAACC to a 10/10 in Type Lumina and as a Miyako main im happy about that

if Hisui uses her last arc on Akiha, kohaku is the one who hits her at the end

When you understand what the Tsukihime characters are doing and some of the references a number of those scores shoot up. Shiki's in particular makes me go crazy after his and Arcueid's fight against Vlov with both the music and screen getting cut and the sound of death's arrival...add to it being 17 cuts (amount of pieces he cut Arcueid into) and I just aaaaaaaaaa. Also seeing the chains and the interior of the Millenium Castle formed in Arcueid's makes me go feral in ways that make me shout "READ TSUKIHIME YOU ACTUAL HEATHEN" through the screen to anyone reacting blind lol. Why Roa's builds up from serpents into a white flash and a..void of nothingness (hahaa) also makes sense considering the ability. Story and lore reasons aside, find how Red Arcueid's puts you in a POV of the character she's attacking to let how much of a bug they are to her sink in and witness that impending inevitable doom as the area gets wiped out approaching them pretty creepy (and the character KO'd by it gets wiped out and doesn't show back up on-screen...nice touch). Master Panda in Miyako's having Shiki's voice (Nanaya...Tohno...same person) and poses with the Nanaya kanji mark is another one... I could goo ooooonnnnnnnn lol Yeah Kouma's, though, could have been a bit more flashy with the airstrike crash as much as I appreciate the supers that don't end in generic EXPLOSION. It interestingly felt more impactful in the older games to me despite being the same thing.

Kouma's would be a lot better if they lingered on him surrounded by a sea of flames for just another second or two. It just goes by too fast to take in. Add in that pause to take in the power before the opponent falls down, and you're adding 2 points right there.

I don't even play Melty... But I don't know why I'm so happy to see Saber being added into Melty. When I got her in FGO, I literally hyped myself.

I love the animation to these last arcs. Especially Arcueids

They really did a great job with all the last arcs. Most of them completely reflect the personality and details of the characters doing them. I can see why type moon decided not to showcase them before release because many of them have spoilers. The only one which truly felt underwhelming was Kouma’s; it was just too short.

Ciel lacked impact at the end. It could have if they added that effect. It just kind of ends

This game definitely has some of the most hype Last arcs in the series

I really love Red Arcueid's Last arc! IT'S SO BADASS!!!!

Some last arcs are weird some level 3 are more flashy than last arcs

I feel like there's some round end sound effects missing from the impacts of the supers

Man arcueid doing lore accurate marble phantasm and red arc literally becoming third impact is just next level to me. I wish ciel got star of calvaria. For those wondering hisuis is a gag reference to take moon(manga carnival phantasm is based on) where she gets possessed by the tohno family demonic sword she finds while cleaning

Aside from the maid twins, Shiki's is still my absolute favorite of the bunch even w/o the context. The start-up is just so awesome to me.

2 of the last arcs have Evangelion reference shots that's awesome. Most people probably recognized the 2nd/3rd impact one for arcueid. Though Kouma's shoulder turn and reaching for the camera is basically a 1 to 1 mirror of Asuka in 02 reaching in to crush the head of a MP Eva in End of Evangelion. That Eva reach is actually up there as one of the most referenced shots in anime next to the Akira bike slide and Obari punch. It's always cool seeing different reference shots like these.

I kinda agree some of the last parts of the last arcs could use some more impact even if there is lore and such it feels it needs to present it better.

Sorry to say but Kohaku's arc is kinda different in her solo mode. She makes goofy pose at the end there which was missing in this vid. I wonder is Hisui is the same way

Also tried Hisuei. Koe just skipped it. She still does the pose even in the Tag Team.

When using Hisui's Last arc, i got a different ending. Kohaku uses the fan to smack Hisui out of the trance. I dunno how to replicate tho

You have to use it on Akiha to get Kohaku to come out.

Imo most of the buildup for the last arcs are really good, but yeah it feels like it lack some impact. Something that feels like strive's "slash!" At the end of the round.

Can you do it with Actress again? There are like a billion supers

The only thing I disagree with is Kouma, which I personally give him a 4/10, but besides that, it's great.

Some of the characters regular arcs are better than their last arcs almost as if they should have been switched around. I know a lot of them have to deal with lore but that doesn't mean that most of these are 5 to 6s at best. I just feel like French Bread dropped the ball with most of these still a good game though.

Gave kouma a 6? that generous I would give it a 2 since its very bland, since its just him command grabbing you and diving at you... which he already does. Plus his Arc drive is way better, but wish Dai enjou was said with more energy.

4. It's not that bad, but it feels more like an Arc Drive than a Last Arc. Also he had a hair color change in the old game that you only ever saw in the Last Arc, so this version is frankly a downgrade minus the cut-in.

it doesn't instantly kill but I'm assuming you just mean the fact that it's hypercinematic and it's similar to Astral Finishes and Instant Kills Anyways, it costs 4 bars of meter (you have to be on the round where you would lose the game), and either press all four buttons, or go into Blood Heat (A+B+C while at 4 bars of meter) and shield an attack (this second method does more damage but is more dangerous)

noy insta kill, more like 50%. you can only do it with 4 super bars, so it can only be done if you lost 1 round.

@@eyehaveyou11 They probably did it in blood heat, shielding your attack with a lot of time left in blood heat. That tends to dramatically increase the damage.
