I keep coming back to that very part! It was like she cloned herself to play defense against 3 different players! Outstanding!

The Liberty really squandered a perfect opportunity with all the injuries to the Aces. Jackie Young's defense in the last 15 seconds was perfect.

The Aces and Liberty made this game one for the history books. An incredibly hard-fought game for the greatest award the WNBA has to offer, the championship trophy. Congrats to the Aces. Looking forward to next season.

Can we talk about the defensive rotation here at the end? A thing of beauty. The initial defense on Stewart the double by Jackie. The rotation from the weak side by Kelsey so that Laney had to hesitate to take the shot. Then the recovery rotation by Jackie to challenge the Vandersloot shot. They wanted to get a shot off sooner so that they could hit the offensive boards but had no chance to do so because there was too much help D everywhere. Love to see it. Congrats Aces. And if you didn’t know… A’ja is HER. Ridiculous that Ionescu got a signature shoe before A’ja. Not hating. Just saying 🤔🤨😂

I know this isn’t what you said but I don’t think it’s ridiculous Ionesco got her own shoe but it’s ridiculous (and probably racist) that Aja doesn’t have a shoe. LeBron says it’s coming! Though it’s years too late. We want an Aja shoe!

It was perfection! Clark was just about like glue on Stewart that she made her need to pass it from the time she had to tip the ball to herself on the inbound pass. Young came over on helpside D to make it even harder on Stewart that she needed to pass it off to Laney. Young then rotates from Stewart back to Laney AND Plum then rotates to guard Laney because Young was still in motion from guarding Stewart. Then Young hustles all the way from Laney over to Vandersloot to guard her forcing an airball! A thing of beauty is right!!!

I think NY taking that last time out, could have cost them. These are Top player's; they knew what to do! Them having to bring the ball in like that, gave the Aces time to set up a good defence. Good game to All!!

Nope, time out was the right call. Breanna (30) had an iso played drawn for her with 8 sec on the clock. No double for 4 sec until she spinned into the double; should have spinned to baseline for an easy 2. Breanna's was 2018 and 2020 finals MVP, 2022 scoring leader, and made WNBA 1st team 4x. Point is WNBA is just bad. You give any NBA player with the same accolades as her and 8 sec on the clock, easy 2, tying the series 2-2.

They pretty much play the Same teams all the time, because they're aren't many teams in the league. WNBA hasn't been around very long. Women want more pay; they're fighting for it, just like in All industries. There are only 12 or 13 teams. They need more teams! The men's teams could/should carry the load. It's coming around. Sabrina didn't play well the entire series...she choked her chance away.

1:03 I remember think at the time that if Vegas lost, that was going to be the reason why. TERRIBLE turnover by Plum that could have given the Liberty full momentum. The Aces were just able to hold onto that lead by the skin of their teeth. That’s a big time close to a game.

She had the momentum, defense was scrambling and she had the 1 v 1. Yes, defense was very tough, physical but you have the offensive moves to create.

How do you people even call this basketball. This is not even entertaining unless you call it comedic. There are at least 200 boys high school basketball teams in America, that would beat any of these team every time they played them. Please quit saying that these players are entertaining. They certainly don’t deserve what money they do make. They don’t earn it, the NBA donates money for them. So, without the NBA there would be no “WNBA” period.

Super boring super low scoring more turnovers than great plays and the MVP didn't show up and play for 4 straight games. Sabrina John Paul Jones and breana Stewart are soft. Any contact and they start making wining faces start bouncing their head like a bobble head and completely melt down. Game 1 was the only watchable game. Meanwhile the Phoenix Suns scoring 78 points before halftime in preseason. WNBA is a bad joke.
