Next Packaging's high-quality Fully-Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing Machine is best suitable for filling liquids like mineral water, milk, curd, lassi, juice, non-viscous products etc as well as their food-grade aluminium foil sealing in order to maintain their freshness.
As the pneumatically-operated machine integrates both liquid filling and sealing in one go in an automated manner, it is highly acknowledged for its unmatched filling precision and premium quality sealing. With speed of filling and sealing 8-20 glasses or cups per minute depending on the filling range, this machine is highly recommended for medium to large production environments. The main advantage of using the automatic variant lies in the low labor costs as its operations are fully automated, from glass placing mechanism, liquid filling system to cup sealing and ejection of the sealed cups.
Its HMI-PLC screen facilitates the operator to conveniently feed the data, say 300 ml and temperature for sealing. Also, its "No cup, No Fill" mechanism ensures zero wastage of product as its equipped sensors do operate only by detecting the presence of the glass. We also offer customized variants in the same machine as per your requirements, by making suitable modifications.
Working:
After adjusting the filling range per cup/glass and the temperature for sealing, Operator has to manually place the empty cups/glasses in 8-cavity rotary tray. As the rotary tray moves, glasses would get filled with the liquid, say lassi or juice, as per the pre-set range from the dispensing nozzle.
Being an automated variant, the foils would get placed onto the cups and then, aluminum sealing will take place to keep the freshness of produce. Lastly, the model is able to even eject the sealed cups in a separate tray, making the operation trouble-free.
