Fantastic lecture and just what I was looking for to get more information about the subject. Especially the standing wave "egg carton" information.

Finding diamonds and oil seems like a rather trivial use of such complicated and wonderful application of science. I guess it's like using modern day computers to get directions to the nearest gas station.
