The closest marina is at Lake Mead about 30 miles from LV. There are boat dealerships in LV proper but no marina. The dark mountains and light patterns can look like a boat marina, but I used to live in Las Vegas and there's no marina in the city...

If it was daylight out you would see the Shenandoah Wayne Newton’s former property when landing on 26L . Nice video regardless
