I remember this. She went out of State to go and see her mother. Her mom paid for two tickets so they both would come. She herself decided to leave her child with an abusive man that killed her son. This wasn't his first time hitting that precious baby. She should have been prosecuted for neglect or something.

Do you understand it was a plea bargain. Do you understand how that works? There’s no guarantee you’ll get a conviction if you got a trial so prosecutors based on the strength of their case and the crime and also input from the victim sometimes they will attempt to get a flea bargain For a guilty plea that way the defendant at least does sometimes and 20 years is still a lot of time of course right now if you would’ve went to trial, he may have got not guilty so it’s a balancing act that’s how it works with plea and bargains

This city and state abuses its position by making unconstitutional laws and state policies that don’t work. Past irrelevant offenses are not important. Present time crime is what they struggle with but have no progress. It’s a disgusting how they just ignore the violence that got this child killed.

In a more detailed "jailhouse" interveiw. He said that they payed him 20 bucks to watch they boy for 6 hours. He spent all of it on weed and became aggrivated that the boy was on a constant need of attention, so he "gave him a two peice" to the face, and put him to sleep. I doubt he hit that boy only 2 times.. Also, it was revealed that the mother of the child was intamate with the man who ki11ed the child... really sick
