Why are they so against hiring a lifeguard for $15 an hour, or whatever low wage they will pay? How greedy are they?

Why can’t they just post swim at your own risk signs? Aren’t their members adults? Always gotta blame someone else, nobody’s responsible for themselves anymore.

I’m with the heath district. But if the gyms are sued from deaths that happen then they’ll go out of business. They have no idea of what business liability is and dying in a pool unsupervised by professionally trained and certified people well they’ll find out quickly of millions of dollars they’ll lose from lawsuits and justified bad representations oof a place that doesn’t care about safety of others. How stupid are they.

You can't just have someone that knows CPR. Lifeguards also protect people from becoming paraplegics and quadriplegics.

Hire lifeguards you cheap people. Take some of that CEO money and make things safer for your customers. Try to show you care about people as much as you do about money.

The thing I like about gym pools is privacy. I don’t want anybody staring at me while I swim

I would prefer to be saved if I had a heart event or asthma attack in the pool, not just watched while I die on video, or be made a paraplegic or quadriplegic if I have an accident with my neck.
