Watched this series a few years back, absolutely incredible, not many people in this world could trek across Canada's wilderness like this, from west to east.

I just saw the map. He started at inuvik at the artic ocean then down the mackenzie river all across the northwest teritories across hudsons bay and over northern quebec and labrador. Hes crazy. That took balls. Right across the far north. Hes probobally the only one ever to do that.

Lars Monsen ! His Determination and skillset is just amazing. And he comes across as a very humble and nice guy. He is so hard core he does not need to prove anything for anyone... Thats what I call a real viking !

Les Stroud is a great survivalist, put him in a jungle, tundra, desert, mountain etc and he will not only survive but thrive, no need to bash him. Bear Grylls though..yea he's a fake.

He is currently training to compete in The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. He hosted a reality tv show named "ingen grenser"(No Limits). He helped people with severe physical disabilities through the Norwegian wilderness to climb mountain.(Snøhetta)
