Hillsdale College is an independent institution of higher learning founded in 1844 by men and women “grateful to God for the inestimable blessings” resulting from civil and religious liberty and “believing that the diffusion of learning is essential to the perpetuity of these blessings.” It pursues the stated object of the founders: “to furnish all persons who wish, irrespective of nation, color, or sex, a literary, scientific, [and] theological education” outstanding among American colleges “and to combine with this such moral and social instruction as will best develop the minds and improve the hearts of its pupils.” As a nonsectarian Christian institution, Hillsdale College maintains “by precept and example” the immemorial teachings and practices of the Christian faith.
The College also considers itself a trustee of our Western philosophical and theological inheritance tracing to Athens and Jerusalem, a heritage finding its clearest expression in the American experiment of self-government under law.
By training the young in the liberal arts, Hillsdale College prepares students to become leaders worthy of that legacy. By encouraging the scholarship of its faculty, it contributes to the preservation of that legacy for future generations. By publicly defending that legacy, it enlists the aid of other friends of free civilization and thus secures the conditions of its own survival and independence.

An incredible lecture. Dr Arnn’s response to the totalitarian ‘health’ restrictions is so refreshing.

I just finished reading 1984 (last/first time I read it was over 30 years ago). I understand it more now than before. Glad he used it in this video.

Thank you for this talk. I love using Socratic dialogs with my kiddos. Sadly, we learned what happened to Socrates in the end, don't we? Let's learn from history so we won't repeat.

The incident happened at a private event where Gov. Bill Lee and Dr. Larry Arnn spoke in front of an audience on the future of Tennessee’s education plan. In a video capturing the event, Dr. Arnn belittled Tennessee’s teachers, saying, among other things, “teachers are trained in the dumbest parts of the dumbest colleges in the country.”

So Mr. L.R, Arnn, is saying if you get fifty people in a round table and one of them whispers something in the ears to pass on to the others this is just eg. because Mr. Arnn is much more in details and accurate of how I am introducing this eg. the meaning is that by the time it would get to the middle of the table whisper there is a radical man or woman and how he understood the sentence whispered to him he /she believes that what was whispered into him /her they believe that's all gone and evil by the time it gets to the end of the table everything is objective because 2+2 does not =4 anymore so the change of History begins to change to what the truth was, to what they believe or for whatever the reasons of they believe radically, and or the hate of they disbelieve of the truth it will deprive them of the freedom it will deprive them of the country and humanity. and all this must be stopped because it has gone way too far our country is at present danger I truly believe it is where we are today and ofc. without mentioning as Mr.Arnn said it all begins with our children in primary school and the product is what we getting at present. I want to thank you Sir for gallantly explained in the must honest truthfully and pleasant way of facts.

Larry P. Arnn comes across as a mild-mannered, high-pitched, overly pedantic orator; alas for the left, the man has balls to match his intellect. Please watch this video through to the end: If you are a soundbyte junkie, pray that God converts your mind & heart so that you can play the 'long game' when it comes to the pivotally significant issues Arnn raises (and, after admittedly lengthy analyses, inevitably-- and definitively --resolves). Arnn is the apotheosis of the maxim: "The mills of God grind slowly; yet they grind fine"
