Such large and special custom models are almost never for sale. The owners spend year building them, it's their work of art. They are typical techinicans, engineers, craftsman of trade, knowledge to CAD drafting and access to advanced tools. Typically they get hold of some brochure with main dimensions, and uses pictures of the full size unit, then create their own blueprints as basics for fabricating the model. The companies as good as never give out any original blueprints. Using main dimensions and pictures, and having a good 'eye', one can get more than close enough to scale.
