Ridiculous isn't it?. The people of Sutton, South London (formerly Surrey) have been asking their council to do something about a waste incinerator, that's belching out toxic fumes. They have done absolutely nothing about it. Just shows Ulez is just a cash grab and nothing to do with pollution.

As a resident of Staffordshire the smoke coils be seen from about 6am and Is still visible from 8pm but not that thick at 8pm
